Lunch for fried rice was tasty and nice

The hotel looks new .The room are spacious and its near to shopping mall. 40 min to ferry terminal.

I was deceive by the picture in trip.com when I booked the room. The hotel was rundown and exterior was badly maintain. I came into the room was shock at the room standard and feel that I overpaid for such hotel. The toilet was filthy and had to hold the shower hose when taking a bath. I asked for iron board but they have none instead provide me a folded blanket for ironing. You can hear the noise outside the hotel at 3am.

Excellent...will come again.

Need and tidy room, quiet hotel that serve breakfast for my booking. breakfast so so.

Plus : hotel besar, kamar besar Minus : hotel sepi, kamar kurang terawat, area sekitar ada tempat makan, tapi rasanya kurang enak, sarapan tidak enak dan pedas

Not as good as as before after Covid all changed

Overall was good. Food was okay. Gym didn't look like the photos. The rooms were not bad with a nice view and toilet was spacious.

The hot shower didn’t work, told the receptionist and engineer already came to my room but still didn’t work

Quiet place and reliable, came twice n no regrets. Simple stay with swimming pool n busy breakfast but spacious cafe

One if the best hotels in Tg Pinang since its quite limited. Room is clean, hotel service is great. And breakfast is great too! Most probably will be my go to hotel if I visit here again!
