We have a very enjoyable stay in the resort. Only feedback is the seafood platters which is cold and we do not have the buffet dinner as mentioned because there is not enough guest

It's a luxury chalet near Kuala Lumpur. I took my family vacation and they all love it. However the food was very pricey for us. We order a food panda or grab it for dinner. Such a memorable holiday with them. Definitely will repeat

Overall is good!
A pleasant stay there, there is an excellent fire show during weekend.
Thanks hotel for the birthday decoration.
For breakfast , I saw flies on the food maybe need to solve this problem.
Buggy service from free car park to lobby and lobby to hotel room is consider fast, no long waiting time

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to the following issues:
1. Unprofessional Front Desk Service
Upon check-in, the front desk staff insisted that I hadn’t made a payment without thoroughly checking the records. Even after I repeatedly requested them to verify, they kept giving me the same response. This kind of service is highly unprofessional and makes guests feel disrespected.
2. Buffet Canceled Without Notice
The buffet was suddenly canceled without any prior notice. We only found out when we arrived at the restaurant and asked the staff. There were no announcements or notices posted, which was very inconvenient and frustrating.
3. Poor Soundproofing in Rooms
The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible. A family with young children was staying above us, and we could clearly hear the loud footsteps and objects falling on the floor, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel should take such factors into account when assigning rooms, but it seems they did not.
Overall, this stay was disappointing. The service and management need significant improvement to provide a better experience for guests.
