Our room’S fan is quite noisy, the temperature of air con on and off cold and hot. Staff is friendly.

Needs a little refresh but good overall . They didn’t tell us we had to switch on the hot water switch in the room … so cold showers !

Friendly staff, good service.

Everything was top notch except the buggy cab pickup service. Considering the new year crowd, the management would have hired more buggy cab services. We waited for almost most 1.5 hours to get picked up and then complete the checkout process. There is really a room for improvement on this aspect.

我寫信是為了投訴我們在2024年12月27日至29日期間入住Avani Sepang Gold Coast度假村期間遇到的極其不愉快經歷。我們一行五人。 12月27日晚上，在我們用完晚餐返回度假村時，在停車場，一位自稱是泊車服務的員工在未經我們需要泊車服務的時候要求我們付款泊車費，否則必須將車停在度假村外。我表示需要去前台諮詢，因為我們在攜程預訂酒店時，明確説明度假村內停車是免費的。 當我們來到前台時一位名叫Pavithra的女服務員態度極其惡劣地告知我們，在度假村內停車每晚需付款25令吉，共計50令吉。當我出示預訂訊息時，她皺着眉頭表示看不懂中文，要求我翻譯。她隨後轉身離開。即使在我翻譯完畢後再次向她詢問，她仍然堅持要求付款停車費，否則衹能將車停在度假村外。 我們認為這種亂收費行為是完全不可接受的。我們懇請貴部門對此事進行徹底調查，並採取相應措施，以避免類似事件再次發生。

Beautiful resort.. breakfast was nice.. available buggy.. also got free parking

The view is great but I wish there were more activities to do.

I recently stayed at Avani, and while there were some positives, the overall experience fell short. The rooms were in great condition, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, there were several drawbacks. The pool was quite small and often overcrowded with kids, which made it less relaxing. The cocktails were disappointing, and the food didn’t live up to expectations either. Communication was another issue, I had no idea where the restaurants were or when they opened, and the same lack of clarity applied to the spa. Additionally, the massage was quite pricey and didn’t feel worth the cost. Overall, the price and quality didn’t match, leaving me feeling that the experience wasn’t good value for money.

The view is super nice, really recommeded

Good: 1. The room definitely had the “wow” factor upon entering. 2. The customer telephone hotline was polite. 3. The fire show was okay—while we’ve seen better, it was still quite entertaining overall. 4. The bed was comfortable. 5. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of foods. I particularly enjoyed the cheese platter and croissants. I must admit, I overate that morning. Areas for Improvement: 1. The buggy service could be more consistent. On one occasion, we had to wait 10 minutes for it to arrive, even though it wasn’t during peak hours. 2. The paint was peeling off in the balcony area—time for a touch-up. 3. There was an exposed nail at the entrance to Room 053. 4. Email replies could be faster. I emailed to check if I could do an early check-in but only received a reply after 3 PM, by which time I had already checked in. 5. The receptionist took a while to check us in and seemed new. Additionally, it would have been helpful if we were informed about the available activities. For example, we only found out about the SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) after reaching the beach. Overall: It was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Very good, especially the massage. Personally suggest Cynthia and Fatimah. Location wise, it’s abit far from town

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming n helpful throughout our stay.. The room was clean, immaculate n very comfortable.. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.. The hotel had many nice spots for ootd too plus wonderful sunrise n sunset..

距離吉隆坡市區一個多小時車程的阿瓦尼度假村 可以看到大海，這裏遊客少，來海邊玩的主要是馬來當地人。雖然海水不夠蘭，畢竟是靠近陸地的出海口，要想看到蔚藍的大海還得坐船到更遠的小島，不過法黑姆對這些都沒有興趣，他衹在乎能不能扔石頭和玩沙子。
