Service by staff from reception, room service and maintenance EXCELLENTE 1. Room cleanliness average ok 2. Bathroom need to major improvement i.e. smelly drainage, dirty tub, clogged sink, yellowish toilet bowl, low water pressure both tap and water heater.

Hotel Yang telah 30 tahun beroperasi masih selesa dan lokasi yang stategik.ada kolam renang kanak2 Dan dewasa,kedai runcit dan air coway panas dan sejuk.berdekatan dengan kedai ikan bakar Dan pantai Bagan lalang.saya Dan keluarga sangat selesa dan happy Di hotel ini.tahniah hotel seri Malaysia bagan lalang

Hotel cantikkkkkkkkkk dan selesa.. kolam cantik bersih persekitaran dan anak² isteri pun suka.. selalu lepak hotel seri Malaysia di mana² pun kami pergi 👍👍👍

All is good. Good for family gathering. Nice place to go with small budget. Near to bagan lalang beach and viral ikan bakar restaurant. Surely will repeat again next time. Worth my money.

Air conditioning problem

There was bad odour in the room. Blanket smells like a sweat. There's a cockroach in the toilet.

I would like to suggest to hotel cleaning team, please ensure the cleanliness is at tip top condition. You all may started to spray air freshener to keep the environment refreshing. There was no buffet served but only ALA carte during our stay. It's ok and understandable for very small nos.of hotel guests but sadly the food portion is to large for me and friend. We all ladies not eating that much. So ended up a big waste for us. Please f&b team look into this matter and try giving your full heart in preparing the food. Although ALA carte but it was presented low standard (hotel seri malaysia always our favourite and never disappoint us since back to 90's but all are different now🤔) at least they are skill of making the food more pleasant 🙏

Please provide mini fridge

Very dirty, the pipe spoilt, the basin dirty, no breakfast even we paid nearly the same with walkin customer. Towel only 2 pcs per room even booking for 5 adults and 2 kids

Tempat yg sesuai utk keluarga berdekatan dgn pantai. Kebersihan mmg agak teruk toilet mmg kotor sgt2 nk duduk pun rasa geli. Sarapan pagi di cafe pilihan x byk cawan kotor kn pilih cawan.
