So welcoming, so perfectly located, so charmingly Moroccan, such a great rooftop view (where a lovely breakfast is served)...I've stayed at La Maison Blanche two years in a row and it is just perfect. The owner is on site, always smiling and helpful in every way. The beds are comfy-cozy. A very sweet retreat.

This Ryad was beautiful, with all the modern necessities but with the charm and details of a 14th century home. The service was impeccable, you feel right at home. The views from the roof top were incredible and you are able to see all the way to Spain.

This was our second stay at Aziz Begdouri's delightful Riad, La Maison Blanche in Tanger. It is excellently located on the edge of the Kasbah. The Riad has been decorated to a very high standard with wonderful attention to detail. We stayed in Rick Steves again. It has a wonderful, comfy bed and beautiful linen. We slept really well for the whole of our stay. Breakfast is served up on the roof terrace and is a typical Moroccan breakfast with crepes, Moroccan bread which looks like a thin crumpet, fruit, orange juice, jams, a kind of peanut butter made with Argan Oil, eggs - fried with Cumin or scrambled, plentiful coffee, tea and mint tea. Nothing is too much trouble for Aziz and his staff. We will definitely return when we go back to Tanger.

We absolutely loved this stay! Mr. Begdouri is the perfect host and was very helpful during the planning portion of our trip as well. The hotel is perfectly positioned for walking the most historic parts of Tangier and has amazing views from the roof. This property and the people who work there are truly special.

I brought a group of 15 people to Morocco and Aziz made the trip incredibly special for us! He arranged transportation to and from the airport. We had delicious breakfast daily and a wonderful dinner one evening. The Riad is gorgeous and very comfortable. You will love it here! It is an incredibly special place.

We had such a great time here recently. We spent 4 nights at the hotel which is located in the old part of the city - easily the most interesting part. You can walk to most places you need to see, or take a petit taxi to parts further away. There are 2 excellent restos within 50 metres from the hotel, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Morocco Club and the piano bar downstairs. Aziz and his team are attentive and helpful and provide useful advice about places to visit and how to get there. The hotel is peaceful and quiet and the rooms are tastefully decorated with everything you need for a restful stay. We had a fabulous stay here and we would certainly recommend La Maison Blanche for a top hotel experience.

One of the best places I've ever stayed in my 60+ years on Earth. It is in a perfectly central location, the rooms and central courtyard are absolutely beautiful, and the rooftop offers stunning 360 degree view of the city. The rooftop has two levels, and from the upper deck, we could easily see a big section of coastal Spain including a beachfront village. Our host Aziz, was just like Tangier: Effortlessly charming, helpful, and multi-lingually fluent. One evening, my wife and I decided to play a board game on the upper deck of the roof. As it got darker I noticed a few outlets discreetly placed on the outer wall. Having faith in Aziz, whose attention to detail is excellent, I borrowed a couple of night stand lights from the room and plugged them in. She and I played into the night, thanks to a fully powered roof.

As a travel agent, I’ve seen my fair share of places, but La Maison Blanche in Tangier really blew me away. From the moment we arrived, Aziz gave us the warmest welcome. He wasn’t just a great host—he shared amazing tips on where to go and where to eat, making our time in the city even better. Always with a smile and I genuinely felt welcomed like a friend in his house. The breakfast was another highlight, served with the best view you could ask for. And the location? Couldn’t be better—central but still peaceful. Honestly, I already miss the riad & I’ll definitely be back. (Cause I also miss the Moroccan pancakes a lot, haha) I can’t recommend it enough!

Our stay at Riad Maison La Blanche was simply exceptional! The warm and welcoming host made us feel at home, attentive to each guest's needs. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Moroccan charm with elegant Western touches. The rooms and common areas were spotless, adding to the relaxing and serene atmosphere. The location was ideal—right in the heart of the Kasbah, yet surprisingly peaceful, offering a true oasis of calm amidst the vibrant surroundings. Everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance, making it easy to experience the best of Tanger. Highly recommended!
