已經入住4次了，感覺酒店越來越活不下去的樣子，低成本到極致，房間沒有水杯，不提供飲用水，風筒也被拿走了，設施老舊，昨天還斷網斷電斷水，現在網絡還沒有恢復。

Great location, easy to find. Breakfast was great and staff went above and beyond to sort out any issues. Booked a superior suite. Room was good size but furniture was bit outdated and not very clean

酒店周圍像農村位置很好，周圍也還乾淨，而且房間很大。門口停車場很大，免費。附近有吃飯地方，還有小型超市。

El hotel estaba bien por el precio, tiene una gran piscina y buen desayuno

Très décevant, la propreté et le service sont à revoir ! Pourtant assez bien placé car proche du golf, calme, accessible via le busTour. Je recommande pas, malgré quelques minis points positifs, nous avions réserver en ayant vu des avis et les photos du site Ne SURTOUT PAS S’Y FIER. Nous y avons juste dormi rien de plus cela donnait pas envie d’y rester et profiter de la piscine extérieur. Les photos parlent d’elles mêmes… il y a un minimum surtout pour un 4* ils devraient descendre à 3* voir 2*. Et j’en ai fait des hôtels au Maroc c’est bien la première fois que je vois ça ! - L’entretien de la chambre pas effectué le premier jour (nous avons laissé passer en se disant qu’on était arrivés la veille c’est pas grave) mais le lendemain nous avons dû réclamer le passage car plus de papier wc (ils avaient mis la moitié d’un rouleau), pas de sacs poubelle dans la sdb, la personne nous a retirer les serviettes de toilettes mais n’en a pas remis en disant qu’elle repasserai, nous sommes arrivés le soir tard et là nous n’avions toujours pas de serviettes, on nous a fait tourner en rond pendant plus d’1h en disant que cela arrivait puis qu’il n’y en avait plus car hôtel complet et que c’était au séchoir (à 22h !!) c’est inadmissible d’avoir un service pareil (nous avons finalement eu nos serviettes avec insistance bizarrement elles ne sortaient pas du séchoir comme il a été dit). - Meubles abîmés mais bonne literie. Clim ne fonctionne pas. - Le restaurant de l’hôtel inutile car propose une carte type fastfoods mais il n’y a pas lorsque vous choisissez un plat. - Petit déjeuner buffet basique, manque de fruits, yaourts et spécialités dommage. - Certains membres du personnel pas toujours agréable, se foutent du client avec sourire en coin.

Horrible Experience - This Hotel Doesn't Deserve Any Stars* I recently stayed there, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I checked in late at 11:00 PM, only to discover that my room wasn't ready. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly frustrating. Once I finally got into the room, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working. Given how hot and humid it was outside, the room quickly became unbearably stuffy. I went back to the front desk to ask for help—either to fix the AC or to change rooms. The staff member informed me that no other rooms were available, had no towels and that they couldn't do anything to fix the AC. This was incredibly disappointing for a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star establishment. I decided to check online and found that there were still rooms available for booking. When I confronted the staff about this, they initially denied it. It took 30 minutes of arguing before they finally admitted they had other rooms and reluctantly moved me to another one. Unfortunately, the new room was just as bad, It was dirty, with hair on the floor and mold in the bathroom. The level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a 4-star hotel. This experience was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The lack of professionalism from the staff, the poor condition of the rooms, and the overall discomfort I experienced made this stay unbearable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the money, time, or frustration. I will never stay here again, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same terrible experience.

Un desastre de organización, llegando a las 00:30 y avisado, me dieron la habitación y cuando subo me encuentro que mi habitación estaba por limpiar. Hago la reclamación me dicen que en 5 minutos suben a prepararla. Espero 35 min y no llega nadie. Les digo porfavor estoy muy cansado y quiero ducharme y dormir. Me Dan otra habitación, donde el aire acondicionado salía el aire caliente en pleno agosto 😡. Bueno lo apago y pienso en dormir con la venta abierta. Voy a ducharme y Oh Sorpresa!!! No hay toallas. Otra vez a reclamar. A todo esto ya es la 01:25 de la madrugada. Tardan 20 minutos en traerme las toallas. Me ducho y me acuesto. A la mañana siguiente a las 9 me despierta la música de la piscina y los gritos de los niños. No puedo cerrar la ventana por que es horrible el calor. Al final después de reclamar 5 veces un cambio.de habitación y haberme enviado dos técnicos que no pudieron solucionar lo del aire. A las 18:00 me dan la otra habitación . Bueno estuvimos 3 días bien con el único inconveniente de las puñeteras toallas. No hay forma que hagan la habitación y te dejen toallas limpias hasta las 5 o 6 de la tarde nada. Cuarto día a las 9 nos llaman a la puerta para hacer la habitación. Les decimos 10 minutos y salimos. Nos vamos a desayunar y pasamos todo el día por ahí . Llegamos a las 4 de la tarde. La habitación si hacer y las chicas en la habitación de al lado limpiando. Les decimos que porfavor hagan la habitación. Volvemos a salir y entramos a las 10:00 de la noche y la habitación sin hacer. Reclamamos en recepción no dicen que ahora van. Nos vamos a la piscina a esperar y hechar una partida de parchis unos 45 min aproximadamente subimos y ... la habitación sin hacer. Al final ya hay que ponerse firmes por que se burlan de los clientes. Al final salió alguien de recepción para arriba y en 10 min ya nos la habían limpiado. Un verdadero desastre El desayuno : Hay productos para hacerse ensalada, pero luego en la mesas no hay ni sal ni aceite. Todos los días la misma canción con lo mismo y no creas que te lo traen enseguida. Por lo menos unos 10 minutos . Resumiendo el hotel muy grande las habitaciones grandes. El gym mejor pasar del el por que parecían máquinas sacadas de una chatarreria. El desayuno regulin. Es servicio de limpieza malo. La piscina y zona solarium si está limpia bastante buena. La ubicación no ea mala pero si complicada.
