L'hôtel mérite plus de trois étoiles. Il est d'un niveau supérieur à celui des hôtels quatre étoiles en Allemagne. Le personnel est professionnel, aimable et très serviable. Nous sommes très satisfaits et très fiers d'avoir de tels hôtels avec une équipe hôtelière comme celle-ci chez nous au Maroc. Nous vous souhaitons beaucoup de succès pour l'avenir. The hotel deserves more than three stars. It is of a higher standard than four-star hotels in Germany. The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. We are extremely satisfied and very proud to have such hotels along with their teams here in Morocco. We wish you continued success.

L'hotel presenta uno standard internazionale. Le stanze sono grandi ben pulite ed eleganti. Il personale sempre cordiale. L'hotel dispone inoltre di piscina, palestra, sauna e idromassaggio che si pagano a parte. Peccato, almeno la palestra dovrebbe essere compresa. Questo è il solo motivo per cui non ho dato le 5 stelle. Valido.
