Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center arvostelua

Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

Nice hotel. Quite famous with locals to spend their weekends. Only 2 lifts available so might need to wait a bit during peak time. Room size was great with balcony. AC works well and water dispenser available outside hall. Staff was nice check in and out was swift. Breakfast was good with nice food selection and egg station.

The rooms are quite ok, good size and standard equipped, yet the Google assistant system , instead of a regular phone is super messy . Not working or faulty , and we need to go down to reception or the restaurant to do order or ask any requests ! :( The location and view .. so, so… . The swimming pool is a bit messy , as located in between the buildings and no privacy with all the kind of people crossing over the pool area . Ar the breakfast/restaurant, the staff is friendly but missing training. Basic stuff as setting the tables were constantly overlooked . Some management work yet to be done to bring up the standard for this hotel .

Pertama tiba d Lobby.. Kami tidak d sambut dengan Bell Boy.. Saya tanya k reception yg saat itu sedang antri Karena reception pun hanya 2 Katanya tunggu sebentar Trus gak lama dtg lah bell boy (cuma 1 sepertinya) Seperti Kurang Karyawan first impression Next day kami breakfast Untuk hotel bintang 4 dengan kapasitas kamar sgitu banyak Ruangan breakfast rasanya kurang ya Ada area outdoor memang Seperti belum layak digunakan Masih sangat kotor Lagi2 seperti kekurangan karyawan utk bebersih Jadi kami harus menunggu gantian dengan tamu lain utk ddk d area indoor Karena semua meja full Lalu piring makan semuany kosong Beberapa menu pun sudah pada habis Padahal masih jam 9 Kami minta k petugas pun lama utk piring dan refill makanannya Lagi2 sepertinya kekurangan karyawan Jd keteteran semuanya Memang hotel masih baru Tp grup aston sudah dimana2 Harusnya management nya lebih Ok ya

Hotel baru nyaman dan kids friendly bngt. Ada cooking class juga krn acara 17an. Highly recommended!! Bersih dan luas utk family.

Good location as it's quite isolated from the chaos in Jakarta. Room is one of the biggest you can find here and the service is good. The Downside is the lack of amenities. Overall, it's worth a stay.
