Booked this hotel for a friend's birthday and everything was lovely. The room was clean and warm and the hotel staff was very friendly

宿泊に困らない程度の広さでした。市内から少し遠いのとエレベーターがないことだけでした。ヘアドライヤーもあり、Wi-Fiも無料で使えました。

Great stay, warm comfortable room, clean with refreshments. Staff were very accommodating, work up late for breakfast and Suzanna managed to change my time slot. Breakfast was great just what I needed to fuel me for a busy day. Great shops just over the road.

Very welcoming staff good clean rooms and easy location to get to was a nice place and breakfast was fantastic would defiantly use these guys again in the future and would defiantly recommend to friends and to family who are looking for an affordable nice place to stay

My company booked me into this hotel for a 1 night stay. I found the reception staff very helpful. Room could do with an upgrade but everything was spotlessly clean with the usual amenities. Breakfast was included in my booking this was served in the beefeater and was delicious.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. Central location, Clean rooms and nice staff. Suzanna was great getting us checked in Early. Nothing else to write really but need 200 characters!! Would definitely stay again when visiting friends

Hotel stay was perfect, on arrival Suzanna was great getting us checked in, (we purchased early check in for £15) this was done quickly with a smile, booked tables for dinner and breakfast although we struggled to get the time we wanted as there was no availability.Our room was lovely with a walk in shower and smelt like it had just been cleaned. Dinner was okay (we had purchased a meal deal) Breakfast was tasty with continental as well as the hot breakfast, sausages were amazing. 5 minute walk to the retail park, and 10 minutes down to the snowdome, great location with everything you need nearby.

Superb as usual stay every year for our annual boys meet up Love that it's the same staff, shows a good company to work for! Rooms on point ( about to have a full refurbishment i hear) come back every year what more can I say ( more apparently ? ))))))

Booked this hotel as a half term break for the little ones, the hotel was great, the staff were amazing. The location was perfect for Thomas Land. The only downside was the waits for breakfast in the beefeater it was so busy the ques were horrendous, you also need to book a table when you check in.
