Holiday Inn Express Tamworth, an IHG Hotel

Great location right next to Snowdome. Free buffet breakfast was very nice with a good choice. Room was clean & the shower perfect. Would visit again

Good location and balue A nice hotel, rooms were good quality and standard although slightly small for a family of 3 with a double sofa bed. The staff were excellent, always very polite friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door to check in. The initial room we were allocated was to close to the lifts and stairs so we asked to love to a quieter area, the staff were very accommodating and made the change immediately for us. The breakfast was nice but I felt sorry for the staff as they were very short staffed and couldn’t keep up with the restocking and cleaning of tables. I also think the breakfast tea could be bigger for the number of guest rooms they have. Overall nice hotel, very convenient especially for Drayton Manor theme park which was the reason for our trip. I would recommend this hotel because of the staff, rooms and location.

Very enjoyable experience The hotel is extremely well situated, close to the town and shopping centre. Very pretty with the lake. Excellent free parking. Rooms are spacious, our room could have been a bit cleaner. The breakfast included in the room price was very good. We would certainly stay here again.
