"The soundproofing in the room was quite poor, and the hotel was predominantly occupied by Korean guests, which led to some noise at night. The hygiene wasn't great either. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and an ABC store right at the corner. It's also not far from the beach."

"The room is big. We booked triple sharing and we were given 3 twin beds which is good. However, housekeeping service is not good. The room was not made up until we complained. When it was cleaned, the beds were not made properly and the complimentary coffee not replenished. If not for the room size and good beds, this hotel is not a good choice."

I compared several places, and this one is definitely my style. It's close to both Tumon Beach and Gun Beach, making it perfect for water activities. The infinity pool also has a stunning view! They have a lot of events too – it's just the best!"

I imagine others might feel the same way about the WhatsApp service. But, since a King Suite was available and I was upgraded, it wasn't a big deal. I got to drink my beer after all. And the acai bowl from the deli was delicious."
