It’s located about 20 miles from Tampa downtown and the breakfast bar very poor even for continental level, however front disk staff are lovely and very comfortable beds. I must mention also the pool which we were very excited to use was out of order during the stay of 6 nights

Great place to stop by for a night. Breakfast is not great, you may grab a yogurt or an apple, beside that there wasn’t much to eat or drink. The service is pretty good, but I wouldn’t stay more than one night- great for quick stop if you driving and need some sleep. The room is pretty big, but the bed is not really comfortable.

First assigned room was not even cleaned. Bed was a mess. Used towels on the dining table. Hotel thought they did me a favor by upgrading me to a larger suite. That room was filthy , stains on sofa and chairs. Lights in kitchen didn’t work. Rug pulled up by front door creating a safety hazard, outlets broken, tub dirty and inoperable. I will never stay here nor use trip.com again. I was here for surgical procedure for my Cancer and had to endure this filth and no help from either hotel or site I used to book this stay.

No hot breakfast. Juice, coffee, apples, bananas and muffins. That's it. Not very clean, dirty carpet on hallways

Nice room, it was nicely layed out and attractively appointed. The bed was comfy as were the sheets and pillows. Plenty of plugs for devices. Quick breakfast and the eggs were perfect, also had a waffle. I was happy with the staff and check in.

The location is perfectly placed close to the highway for easy access and yet provided seclusion when needed. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and accommodating. Enough parking even when hotel is full and cleaning staff is thorough. Internet works well and the breakfast is decent and always fresh. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect room positioned front and center with the best views, great tv channels, excellent wifi connectivity, a breakfast with enough substance to seize the day, and a hotel staff radiationg with compassion and sincerity that I got to know each one by name, especially Sam, thank you for your superlative customer service, and key communication skills.

The buiding needs updating, security scanner not in working order as well as the pool not available, breakfast buffet was poor, more cleanliness needs to be addressed. Not alot of cable channels to choose from, very disappointed. This motel has alot of potential if the mentioned items are addressed.

This was the very best hotel staff. They were everything you want in the hospitality business. I've been lucky to enjoy my extended stay an recieve A+ guest service. I strongly recommend this place for anyone that enjoys a clean environment, quiet stay and excellent hosts. BIG thanks to the entire team!! , -Hicks & Brown

I’ve been staying at La Quinta since Hurricane Milton displaced me, and the experience has been better than I could have hoped for given the circumstances. The room is comfortable, and the staff is professional and welcoming. Sam, in particular, has been great—always helpful and attentive. I truly appreciate the hospitality and support from everyone here. Highly recommend this location!

Clean atmosphere, serene great staff!  loved the delicious breakfast options served in the elegant dining room. I would highly recommend your next stay. Location is very centrally located to restaurants in walking distance. Well lit area and parking.

So you’ve just travelled diagonally across the country for the entire day, finally check into your hotel and are looking forward to some rest. You won’t get that here. First, you are directed to a room with paint peeling off the ceiling that reeked so badly of mildew that you worry the place might be a health hazard. So you try to call the front desk, only to realize the phone doesn’t work. Cell phone it is. You’re taken to an alternative room, which at least doesn’t smell like mildew. But like the rest of the place, it is filthy and so badly in need of repair that you worry the place might close down any minute. Nevermind though, you need a hot shower and rest. You notice the half used toilet paper roll just sitting on the counter (what bathroom doesn’t have a toilet paper holder?). The brown ring of gunk around the shower mat. You steady yourself. Just a hot shower and a good night’s sleep, and you’ll deal with it in the morning. But oh no! No hot water for you. The best this mildewy shower can do for you is a lukewarm trickle. You shiver as you take your lukewarm shower trying to ignore the brown water that’s sloshing out from under the shower mat. You scrub yourself as “clean” as you can get in a place like this and long for sleep. Theres no “do not disturb” sign to hang on the door. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the water runs forever, so you bust out your handyman skills to turn it off. Maybe they should be paying you instead of the other way around? But what do you know, the bedside lamps only work with the toggle switch NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR. As you paw your way through the darkness to try and get to your bed, a loud argument ensues in the hallway and a dog starts yapping incessantly. You blearily reach for your earplugs and pray for rest. If this sounds like a good time to you, by all means stay at this hotel.
