Serendipity Lakes and Resorts

The stay was quite nice. The food was good. The rooms are rustic and the bathroom is also different. The bathroom doesn't have a roof but privacy is assured. The property has a lake around which you can walk or sit or play indoor games (like TT). We visited in January. We had opted for the trek over the satpura range for breakfast. The meetup time was 7 am and we were told to strictly be on time. We agreed and reached 15 minutes early. There was no one at the desk so we called the person in charge who assured us someone would come in 5-10 minutes. Long story short, we ended up leaving at 7:45. The guide ***** with us and another couple hurried through the trek, no explanation of the route or about anything actually. We were super excited but the guide seemed so disinterested, we gave up after asking a couple of questions. After reaching the destination, we sat at the edge of the cliff and had a delicious fresh breakfast with warm chai and coffee. It was absolutely worth it. It's a must-do activity for sure. Just take good walking shoes, a warm sweater or a jacket and don't expect any guidance from the guide (who was so fast, we actually lost him for 5 minutes while going back). Excellent place to stay with the nature. Hospitality is good. Staff personally takes care of you, providing familiar atmosphere. Food, menu, cultural activities, cricket, treking, sunset point , sunrise point visits planned in the best manner. Enjoyed the most with friends.

One of the most wonderful stay so far..food staff ambience maintenance all top class..in-house facilities upto mark with 24 hrs hot water and clean hygienic bathrooms..hospitality was next level with the staff available on a whisker..they complied with all our requests as it was a batch reunion..would recommend to everyone visiting with family friends or group..The local sightseeing also beautiful and resort assisted..all in all top notch experience 5/5

Best place to relax. Sumptuous food,superb hospitality and living in the lap of nature! Earthy feel to the place which is conceptualised and very well maintained by our own Dr Babhulkar sir! Special mention about Vermaji ,Faiiyaz and Aayushi who took special care! Serendipity indeed!

We had a college reunion at the resort.It was a wonderful experience to be at resort.The rooms were excellent ,well maintained.The surroundings were full of greenery and natural landscaping all over the place.The staff was helpful and guided us with our Sunrise point and adventurous trek.Their staff Ganeshbhau guided for trek and showed us all photo stops and provided information about flora and Fauna.For all three days there was hot and delicious food on the Menu.The starters ,both veg and non veg were really good.The hotel staff made it a point to make this friend’s reunion a lifetime memorable Experience.I am surely planning to visit this resort for its blissful Experience. Normal stay at serendipity. As their was no wifi service available for separate rooms . Definitely not worth the price or the stress!.........................................................................................
