I had the exciting opportunity to stay at JH villa last summer with some friends and I can honestly say that it was beyond amazing! The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful and polite and the standard of the rooms was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and this was luxury at its best. The food was exquisite and the chef was always happy to accommodate different dietary requirements. The swimming pool was simply idyllic and I was also able to have a massage the private spa-this is a must for any guest staying there. I can not recommend JH villa highly enough!! It is absolutely beautiful in every single way and well worth a visit. I am hoping to return there this summer!! Thank you to everyone at JH who made me feel so welcome.

I recently stayed at JH Villa Talpe, and it exceeded all my expectations! this villa more than makes up for it with its serene setting, beautiful interiors, and warm hospitality. Tucked away from the crowds, it offers total privacy and peace — exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The garden and pool area are absolutely stunning and perfect for lazy afternoons. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. And the location is ideal — fin min to galle fort and they got beach house to enjoy with sun beds and a private restaurant with nice wooden deck over looking the ocean. If you’re looking for a private escape with boutique charm and exceptional service, JH Villa Talpe is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

Wat een fantastische prachtige mooie luxe villa. Enorme gastvrijheid en service in combinatie met de historische locatie met luxe afwerking. Voortreffelijk eten i.c.m. De gerechten en luxe afwerking. Ook de service is hoog, het voelt daar erg fijn en vertrouwd.

Truly heaven! This boutique hotel within beautiful gardens has rooms in the main building. , 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Galle. Incredibly comfortable rooms, private movie terraces, and a large, enticing pool, gym, and spa. This was the highlight of our trip where we relaxed knowing we were in good hands. The JH team was truly amazing. They can't be better than this. The JH beach house was incredible and private for their client. Mouth-watering foods and outstanding service made our stay extra special. We will be back soon.

From the moment we arrived at JH Villa, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Our rooms were so stunning - private, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The entire environment was not only spotless but also naturally breathtaking, making it the perfect escape. We were taken back by the beauty. The wildlife in Sri Lanka is truly amazing, and JH Villa provided the ideal setting to relax and take it all in. Every member of the team - from the chefs to the drivers - went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The food and drinks were delish, choosing from western to Sri Lankan dishes and the service was consistently top-notch. Lots of smiles and happiness! Can’t wait to return one day soon!

Oh my goodness! What a glorious place! We were the only guests and were greeted with a fresh coconut, and a garland of frangipan flowers. Swimming in the pool in the evening watching the flying foxes overhead was lovely. Gardens were beautiful though we didn't opt to play badminton or snooker in the portico! Our 4 roomed suite consisted bedroom with 4 poster, dining room/reception, bathroom/dressing room, and outdoor TV lounge and further eating area. Everything operated digitally from ipads. The General Manager Thushara Sampath was great. Experience, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. There was a fancy food menu with rich dishes, which for me was disappointing - I’d expected fresh and local, rather than fancy from the freezer, I guess it depends on what you prefer. We had an issue with a meal which the Manager sorted and provided recompense. Breakfasts were lovely, tea selections exquisite, and an extensive bar. Despite the evening meal issue, it detract from our overall enjoyment of this amazing place. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, but would opt to eat out next time.

We couldn't have wished for a better way to relax at the end of a 2 week holiday travelling in Sri Lanka. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. We also had monkeys entertaining us every day. It is truly an amazing hotel.

What a place. Our visit started as in went on with a very warm welcome from Sampath and Sandesha despite our very late arrival. I would describe this hotel as a haven. An excellent location just south of Galle (less than half an hour in a tuk tuk) and centrally located for lots of beaches and restaurants along the coast. With lush greenery surrounding the entire villas private terrace and birdseye views of the wildlife including monkeys leaping from tree to tree (and, crucially, not coming near the terrace itself). Everything from the rooms to the swimming pool to the beach to the delicious breakfasts was sublime. But what really made it special was the incredible team of staff.

The villa is beautiful. the staff were amazing and the food was outstanding! the landscaping and the pool is georgeus. there is a lot of entertainment and the beach is also very nuce! we will def. come back soon. thank you guys for everything and see you soon!
