Stayed on my own and got a regular room and not a ridiculous single room. Bed super comfortable, close enough from the old town for a nice walk, quiet you do not ear whatever your neighbours decide to do. Finally staff and breakfast very nice as well. My only reservation concern the sauna, ridiculous prices (25€ from recollection) for a very basic , nothing nice and warm sauna. Really not recommadable experience, surprinsingly sauna is free of charge during breakfast hours.... maybe the nordics love to have sauna so early? surely not other european folks....

Rooms are spacious yet basic, pillows are nice, beds hard. Staff on the unfriendly side, breakfast not alot of choice, the hot breakfast I had was cold. You only get 2 cups of coffee per stay, so 2 cups for 3 days as room service does not exist while you stay. They offered me late checkout online then later said I could not gave it. Only positive thing I can say is its handy if you want to catch a ferry. The female on reception has to be rudest person I have encountered in any country. The hotel is nice, even though no heating , it's the staff and service that let it down. If I come back to Estonia I would definitely use a different hotel.

Hotelli Tallinnan satama-alueella Jääkaappioli rikki. Korjaaja tuli, muttakäytös oli kuin humalaisella. Lopuksi huone vaihdettiin. Sänky niin kovaetteinukkumisesta tullut mitään. Muuten hotelli ihab ok ja hyvällä sijainnilla.

Hyvä perushotelli Siisti kiva hotelli. Erinomainen ilmastointi, ei sitä tyypillistä meteliä ja kohinaa.

Convenient but basic Convenient but very basic hotel, not exactly 4 stars. Good location near harbour and the old town. Breakfast was good but not excellent, rooms were clean but a bit out-of-date... I would have wanted to bathe in the sauna in the evening but it was open only 6.30-10 AM. I was 8 months pregnant but no one at the reception asked if I wanted help with my luggage.

Huoneessa nuhjuisuutta, puiset yksityiskohdat ilah Huoneessa myönteistä olivat puiset yksityiskohdat, kuten toimivat kaapit ja matkalaukkutaso, sekä kylpyhuoneen ovi. Ikäviä puolia olivat resuinen nojatuoli, suuret tahrat ikkunan sisäpuolella, likaiset (homeiset?) kaakelien välit, jotka eivät houkutelleet suihkuun. tuolista kerroimme vastaanoton virkailijalle, joka kiitti tiedosta. Näköala satamaan oli kuitenkin toiveittemme mukainen. Aamiainen oli keskitasoa, aamiaishuoneen näköalat mukavat.

Helpful comments a reasonable stay apart from a "rugby scrum" to get breakfast with so many visitors at the same time. Temporary (Students) staff need better training to cope with crowds.

Toimii Hyvin monipuolinen aamupala. Tilava huone ja parveke merinäköalalla. Aamusauna.

Suite, so nice to be. We booked a suite because the other rooms were booked - it was a great option with a balcony - and spacious, with bathtubs and 2 toilets. I recommend it if you plan to spend time in the room as well. Perfect towels and bathrobes. I also heard that the gym was ok good. The location is the best and the customer service is attentive.

Isot ja avarat huoneet. Siisti ja mieluisa hotelli,henkilökuntaa myöten. Aamiainen on tosi runsas. Huoneet hyvin varustettuja, vedenkeitintä myöten. Isot ja avarat huoneet.

RAUHALLINEN MAJOITUS SATAMASSA Plussat: lähellä sataman terminaaleja.Uudehko ok neljän tähden hotelli. Aamiainen ok. Miinukset: sängyt aivan liian pehmeitä.Aamiaisella ei saanut tilata munakasta.

Great hotel, very convenient, good value It was an easy 5 minute walk from the ferry. They checked me in a bit early and the room was large and comfortable. Nice view out the large windows. The bed and bedding are comfortable. My only complaint would be that the room was too warm and the climate control didn’t work. Guessing this is the transition time of year. The breakfast was delicious with huge numbers of choices. Pretty easy walk to old Tallinn which is why you are here, no? I walked 6 miles that day and unfortunately had to leave after a day but I’m surely going to return as the city aside from the old town area looks to be explored also.

Poor service AC was not working. Staff said they would fix it, but nothing was done. We were traveling with our daughter (2yrs) and certainly expect such an issue to be resolved or to be given a new room, but they did not even get back to us. It was almost 30 degrees C outside, so you can imagine it was pretty hot/humid in the room, especially after taking a shower.

Ilmastointi Huoneiden ilmastointi ei toiminut, eivätkä hyvittäneet mitään. Oli mennyt rikki jo kuulemma pari viikkoa sitten.
