Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

One of the few luxurious permanent tented camp and cottages in Maasai mara. perfect location with deluxe and superior tents facing the talek river. High quality meals and very friendly staff. Brand new open safari jeeps for excellent game viewing. You can decide to access the camp through talek gate, sekenani gate of through simba route which is outside the park

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We stayed for six days, and the entire staff was super friendly, especially Nick, who always had a smile for us. Stephen at the bar, who was always available to make us anything we wanted, made me the best micheladas. Sialo at the front desk provided the best service and took care of everything. Smith in the kitchen was a super chef. Mili was kind and attentive at all times. Enuck, the manager, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. In general, the entire staff, from the kitchen to the cleaners, was very attentive. The security was also unmatched and the staff were excellent. We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. They supported us with everything we needed and wanted to do during our stay. We will definitely return. We left Pride in Mara Camp not only as an excellent hotel, but also a family.

The Hotel was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The location was also perfect I highly recommend Prideinn

Excellent lodge, staff very friendly and helpful. Hot food would have been better warmer but the salads, desserts and breakfasts were very good. The trips to the Masai Mara reserve are well worth the money. We se lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, giraffes and a lot more
