We had a wonderful four night stay at Monsoon Forest Lodge indeed we had the place for three nights totally by ourseplves as we were the only guests. If you are interested in wildlife, then this is the place to stay in Bandhavgarh National Park, as it is situated in its own 10 acres of wild forest. Very peaceful. We were looked after as if we were Royalty! The staff were excellent and the Indian food superb, nicely served by the staff rather than help-yourself as most other places in the area. Ram the lodge's naturalist was charming; he joined us for meals and gave us great insights into the Indian culture, and local nature. He took me on a birdwatchuing walk into the buffer zone and afterwards we visited the home and farm of a member of the lodge staff and had tea there. All the lodge staff even laid on, especially for us, a mini "Holi Festival" celebration in the restaurant at which we smothered each other with coloured powder!!!! Great fun.....

If you are looking forward to have a comfortable stay in the middle of the forest, with luxurious rooms and natural beauty all around you while in Tala, Bandhavgarh, this is the place for you. This is for true nature lovers. We are having a super enjoyable stay at this place as I write this. The staff are very helpful and their supervisor cum naturalist, Mr Ram is a humble person with many talent - from seed jewellery making to upcycling - he is a gem of a person with so many stories for an evening chat around the portico over a cup of coffee or chilled lemon water. They have 12 cottages which means it will never have a huge crowd like many resorts in this place. One can find solace and also do birding within the campus.

Stayed at Monsoon forest for four nights during a tour of Tiger reserves in Madhya Pradesh, I found the location accomadtion and grounds to be very good, the food was excellent and the staff fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable enviroment to stay at whilst visiting the Bandhavgarh Tiger reserve.

It is a beautiful property, gives you a feel living in the forest. Loved the restaurant theme and food out their. Special highlight is the evening cultural program . The G.M of the property is a real gentleman, I can say a perfect host. he is very accommodating and have a very good knowledge of the Bandhavgarh. Its a must visit property!!!

completely in love with this resort. the rooms are very spacious and the staff is so kind and humble, totally worth of my money and time. the food was so delicious and fresh. must go and feel the wildlife there.

simply loved the property, The resort is very peaceful and a nice place to have a great vacation with family or friends. We stayed around 4 days at the resort and it was one of the best hospitality that I have ever been offered with. The staff was very humble . I personally appreciate the food of the resort. Location of the resort feels like you are at someplace alone in the middle of a forest with all the facilities available to you. Overall it was a great experience .

Wir haben im Februar 2023 drei Nächte im Monsoon Forest verbracht. Das Hotel mit seinen Bungalows liegt unmittelbar beim Bandhavgarh Nationalpark, welcher für seine Tiger bekannt ist. Der Gastgeber Mahendra und sein Team sind unglaublich freundlich und serviceorientiert. Wir sind mit leckerem indischen Essen verwöhnt worden. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit vielen Tigersichtungen.

The Monsoon Forest Resort located at the buffer area of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. If you want an experience of living into the lap of jungle this is the place to stay, the resort is an amalgamation of the jungle and leisure. The hospitality by staffs and management will make you feel the sense of belonging to the nature trails. They have their own organic gardens and vast range of greenery inside the resort. There are numerous numbers of bird species available inside the resort and bird watching can be done from their hides, it's a bonus for bird lovers and watchers. The food is just awesome, specially the veg dishes and off course the Shahi Tukda in desserts. They also have some beautiful collection of art at their baithak and the Murtis which are placed at certain places gives the ultimate positive vibes to your mind and heart. The place where I'll return again and again.. Thank you Monsoon Forest

The resort is very calm, peaceful and a nice place to have a leisure vacation with family or friends. We stayed around 3 days at the resort and it was one of the best hospitality that I have ever been offered with. The staff was very polite to us. Anything that we needed was just a phone call away. I personally appreciate the food and ambiance of the resort. Location of the resort feels like you are at someplace alone in the middle of a forest with all the facilities available to you. Overall it was a great resort for our money's worth.
