Aranyak Resort

Aranyak Resort is our preferred place of stay whenever we are in Bandhavgarh. It is located about 10 minutes from Tala gate, and is therefore extremely suited for the quick rushes into the safari gates especiallu on the early morning drives. After our winter stay at Aranyak, we again checked in to Aranyak this time round on a hot summer day. The resort is large and has undergone some recent enhancements with the addition of some rooms. We stayed in the same type of room as winter, which was large and had a comfortable bed. Most amenities that you would expect from a jungle themed stay were available. The bathroom was also large, and the only thing that we wish could be better there would be the drainage. The highlight at Aranyak really is the staff and the food. Each member of the team ensures that you have the best stay possible with super nice service. The food is homely and very tasty. Besides the lovely breakfasts, the team ensured that we consistently had ample supplies of juices and water during our safaris. And then after a hard day in the jungle, lovely lemonade and tea with snacks in the evenings. Ram, the owner is very friendly and makes a point to constantly check on needs or preferences that his guests may have. The premises are pretty large and have a swimming pool and a well equipped games room. A treadmill and exercise bike are also available in case you would think the jumping around in the safari jeep is not exercise enough. The greenery around ensures that you also get a lot of beautiful avian visitors besides some amazing butterfly species. We love Aranyak, and this is definitely going to continue being our place of stay at Bandhavgarh.

Aranyak is our choice in the Bandhavgarh.It is a luxury resort but at a mid range price.Neat and clean Aranyak is popular for its quality of every thing.They renew and reinvent themselves consistently.Each time we returned here we surprised with newness. We will come back again and again.

Had there been an option of rating more than 100%, I would give 10 out of 5. Wonderful hospitality, good food and brings true value to "Atithti Devo Bhava". Any request is fulfilled at the earliest with a smile and warmth. I visited in June 1st week with peak summer and got dehydrated. Ram went out of his way to make me feel better and got food items which helps in recovery without any extra charges. Haven't seen such hospitality in any other hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bandhavgarh.
