ประทับใจตั้งแต่เข้าไปพนักงานทุกระดับบริการดีมากๆ สภาพ โรงแรมของจริงสวยกว่าดูในเน็ตมาก ทุกซอก ทุกมุมของโรงแรม สวย สะอาด สบายมากๆ มีการอัฟเกรดห้องพักให้ด้วย อาหารมีให้เลือกเยอะมาก และอร่อยทุกอย่าง กลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

บรรยากาศดีมากค่ะ มาคนเดียว แต่ไม่รู้สึกเหงา เพราะบรรยากาศดี ห้องดีค่ะ รอบหน้า จะกลับไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

I stayed at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort during the rainy season, and I have to say — it was a great experience! Many people think that the rainy season in Thailand is not the best time to visit, but here it was absolutely fine. There were not so many rainy days, and even when it rained, it often passed quickly, leaving the air fresh and the nature even greener. One of the big advantages of this time of year is the peace and space — fewer tourists, a calmer atmosphere, and more opportunities to enjoy the beach almost to yourself. And of course, the prices during the low season are much more attractive, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. So if you’ve ever doubted visiting Thailand during the rainy season, I can honestly recommend it — especially here at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort. You might just discover it’s the perfect time for you!

The location is closed to the beach. And the property is truly family friendly. Breakfast was great with wide variety of choice. Room was clean and large. This is the best hotel in Bangsak beach.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right, and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, we had everything we needed and more. A special thanks to K. Snow at the front desk for going above and beyond during our check-in. Even though our booking wasn’t yet in the system, she made sure everything was arranged quickly and smoothly, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. We also want to give a big shout out to K. Nat from the recreation team. She made sure we had a great time during the activities, always cheering us on during bowling and checking in on us while we played badminton to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Every time we passed by someone, they greeted us with a smile, which made us feel truly valued and at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

รร ดีมาก พนักงานน่ารัก ยิ้มแย้ม ห้องกว้าง สะอาด อาหารอร่อย แต่ไม่หลากหลายเท่าไหร่ ติดทะเล สระเยอะ สระทุกตึก มีสระใหญ่ด้วย รวมๆ คือดี แนะนำครับ มีกิจกรรมให้ทำเยอะ โบว์ลิ่ง ปิงปอง ยิม

นี่เป็นการเข้าพักครั้งที่สอง แต่ต้องบอกว่าครั้งนี้รู้สึกผิดหวังกับการบริการของแผนกต้อนรับมาก โดยเฉพาะพนักงานต้อนรับผู้หญิง (เสื้อโปโลสีเทา หน้าออกจีน) ซึ่งควรเป็นตำแหน่งที่ทำให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกประทับใจและได้รับการ farewell ที่ดี แต่กลับทำให้เรารู้สึกไม่ดีออกไปด้วยพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เป็นมิตร ไหว้แบบไม่จริงใจ และเดินสะบัดหลังหลังจากแจ้งเช็คห้องออก กรณี late check out เราโทรไปสอบถามในขณะที่รอคำตอบว่าทางโรงแรมจะสามารถให้ได้ถึงกี่โมง ก็มีพนักงานโทรมาตามให้ออกจากห้องอีก โดยถามย้ำว่าเราจะออกได้กี่โมง ซึ่งเราเข้าใจหากห้องไม่ว่าง แต่ควรสื่อสารภายในแผนกให้เรียบร้อยก่อนโทรมาคุยกับลูกค้า ไม่ใช่มาตามแบบกดดัน แจ้งเราได้ช้าที่สุด 12:30 แต่โทรมาคอนเฟิร์มตอน 12:20 ซึ่งเราก็รีบเก็บของออกให้ตามที่แจ้ง อีกเรื่องคือ รบกวนพิจารณาพฤติกรรมพนักงานรอบกลางคืน เนื่องจากช่วงตี 3 - ตี 4 มีเสียงพนักงานเปิดปิดประตู Staff Only หลายรอบและเสียงดังมาก เป็นคืนที่ทางโรงแรมจัดการ staff party ให้พนักงาน รบกวนการพักผ่อนมาก ควรมีความเคารพต่อความสงบของลูกค้าที่เข้าพัก อย่างไรก็ตาม ขอชื่นชมแผนกกิจกรรมของโรงแรม พนักงานน่ารักมาก บริการดี พูดจาสุภาพ น่าฟัง และอบอุ่น ทำให้เรารู้สึกประทับใจและอยากทำกิจกรรมกับทางโรงแรม ขอฝากให้โรงแรมพิจารณาเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงบริการให้ดีขึ้น เพราะโรงแรมควรเป็นสถานที่ที่ลูกค้าจากไปด้วยความรู้สึกดีและอยากกลับมาใช้บริการอีกครั้ง

Everything great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, frankly, it feels like it hasn’t seen a renovation in twenty years. Paint is peeling off the walls and ceilings, corridor tiles are cracked and chipped, and door frames are splitting. The furniture is shabby, with veneer flaking away in chunks, and the bathtub is essentially a broken shell—cracked and stained with rust. I can’t recommend staying here.

Отдыхали вдвоем с дочкой, в июне 2025. Отель очень понравился, территория красивая и бассейны. Далековато от магазинчиков и рынка. Но шатл возит на рынок каждый день, удобно.
