朋友單位出差指定酒店，房間很大，很悠閑，就是有點偏，其他沒毛病。

Our trip to JW Marriott Khao Lak was amazing. the rooms, the swimming pools, the beach, the service were top notch. easy to reach from Phuket airport (1.30h by car), it's an oasis of happiness, where kids can run free and parents don't feel guilty to disturb other guests (because there are Adults' only areas). SPECIAL MENTION to the RESTAURANTS. we have been always eating in the resort (although there are some local options on the beach beside the hotel), and we were stunned by the quality / variety and consistency of the good food we had. Indian, Thai, Japanese and an Italian that reminded me of Home. We will come back for sure. BRAVI!

모든 직원들이 웃으면서 인사해주고 뭐가 필요해보이면 도움을 주저하지 않음 수영장이 길고 다양한 풀이 있어 놀기에 너무 좋음 수영장 옆에 시원한 물과 과일 서비스도 있으며 리조트 안에서만 2박 3일이 너무 짧을 정도로 좋은 리조트였음

除夕入住，酒店安排了中國新年自助餐，沙灘還有煙火表演，在房間還可以看春晚，很不錯。住了三晚，早上不需要一大早起，去斯米蘭和蘇林都很方便，直通泳池的房間是孩子們的最愛，隨時可以跳進泳池。Drift餐廳戰斧牛排也很棒。

房間有點小而拘謹！是新裝修的別墅！尤其二樓空間侷促！泰餐廳服務人員態度有差別對待，checkin的staff非常友好！

It was an amazing stay here at Jw Marriott. The breakfast is top notch with wide range of variety. The staff service is exceptional. KP and Oum at front desk is very helpful. Highly recommend for someone who travelling with family. Italian food at olive is a must visit

Perfection, every need catered for. Service and staff were the very best. Caters for all ages and all styles. Could not fault anything. Would definitely visit again. The swimming facilities were the best I have ever encountered. Hospitality was superb across the resort.

Above expectations across the board. Exceptional service, food and hospitality. A week is not enough. Big thank you to Pim for an informative and fun Mixology Class, she really looked after us. It was very noticeable across the board how the resort staff appeared happy and content in their roles.

Spending a week at JW Marriott Khao Lak was nothing short of magical, made even more special by the incredible experience of attending a family wedding at this stunning resort. The fantastic facilities, beautiful beachfront, and impeccable service ensured that every moment was cherished. Our stay in Wing 3 was perfect, with a spacious room featuring swim-up access near the pool bar—a true luxury that made relaxation effortless. Dining was a highlight, with 11 exceptional restaurants including delicious Italian at Olive, fresh seafood at Drift and others offering a world-class culinary journey. Mornings began with a leisurely breakfast buffet featuring an extensive selection of international hot and cold dishes enjoyed with family and friends. The wedding was spectacular, with impeccable hosting and breathtaking lunch and dinner buffets with amazing variety over five functions. Chef Silvano and his team went above and beyond to accommodate every personal request, adding thoughtful touches that elevated the celebrations like Chef Enzo’s Lobster Paella on the wedding ceremony day—an absolute masterpiece. The resort’s long stretch of beautiful beach offered serene sunsets and exceptional facilities catering to both adults-only relaxation and family-friendly spaces. Cooling off with fresh young coconut, indulging in 24-hour mango sticky rice via room service, and soaking in every moment made it difficult to leave. This was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable family trips we’ve ever had. Hôtel à 1 heure et demi de l’aéroport de Phuket au nord mais cela en vaut le trajet . Isolée et sauvage avec une plage propre . On peut y marcher des kilomètres ! Le service de l’hôtel est impeccable, il y’a une zone pour adulte et 12 ans et plus pour le petit déjeuner et à la plage mais aussi à la piscine . Le domaine est très bien entretenu avec des jardins , des piscines mais aussi un lac avec une magnifique mangrove et des oiseaux. Le restaurant italien est excellent et le japonais aussi ! Nous avons fait le cours de mixologie et le chef des cocktails , Nut au Drift est très professionnel et nous a appris plein de chose, merci !! . Nous avons fait le cours de cuisine et c’était également une très bonne expérience. Les cours de yoga sont sympa aussi ! Vous êtes dans une région où vous pouvez faire de magnifique plongée dans les Similan et les îles surin ! Tout était parfait et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel . C’est un vrai 5 étoiles le personnel est au petit soin et très accueillant. Ils ont également une nursery pour les requins bambous , à visiter et à soutenir pour l’écosystème de notre planète!

Excellent staff service !!! A very perfect stay. The price is a little on a higher side but a very great resort. Olly is very helpful throughout the stay. The food taste amazing as well, high recommend Drift which is their steak restaurant! Will definitely revisit again
