Отель немного уставший. Долгое заселение из за неготовности номера. Ужин буфет очень посредственный, не стоит заплаченных денег, блюда не вкусные, рыба и  морепродукты со странным запахом и вкусом.  На все пять звезд - работает на ресепшене девушка по имени Мэй.  Ее искренняя улыбка и желание помочь, сделать пребывание гостей максимально комфортным стоит дорого. Это золотой фонд Сендидо.

Прекрасный отель, в основном европейские пенсионеры, пляж чистый, песок, красивые камни, много зелени, по территории ходят водяные вараны, не опасные, вызывающие восторг у отдыхающих! Завтраки хорошие, но очень много народа, красивая терраса для завтрака. В пешей доступности магазины, кафешки и т.п.

The hotel is well located, the room is very clean and has a great fragrance. The room cleaner Boom and the security guy(Tu) are very helpful and have a very good service mind. The breakfast is not too many options for vegetarian food.

I don't understand why the hotel has only 4 stars, it has absolutely all the amenities that are provided in 5 stars. the rooms on the mountain are very well located - you only need to walk a couple of minutes and you will already be on the beach and at the restaurant. the main street with cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk away. the beach at the hotel is in the shade, for sunbathing you need to go to the sun beds by the pool. the only thing that bothered me was the ants (I was tired of constant tickling in the restaurant and on the beach..They don't bite, but they're pretty nerve-wracking.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Tui blue Khaolak hotel. Das Hotel und die Lage war wie gewohnt sehr gut. lediglich der Strandanschnitt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da man nicht direkt am Strand Liegen kann. Außerdem stehen die Liegen am Strand alle nebeneinander, was uns so im Vergleich zu den Nachbarhotels nicht so gut gefallen hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

酒店服務非常好，價格便宜，泳池乾淨非常大，景觀非常好。性價比很高！！！！大家可以沖，而且距離斯米蘭非常近，不用很早起。

Very good service staff,comfortable rooms, fully equipped gym. Breakfast is a la carte, nothing special. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful, clean, able to swim.

Wir sind nun seit 5 Tagen im Sentido Khao Lak und bleiben noch eine Woche. Meine Frau und ich wohnen im Zi 4125. Wir haben Aussicht aufs Meer und einen kleinen Pool, der nur von den Gästen unseres Hauses am Berg genutzt wird. Da sind immer Liegestühle frei. Das Resort hat direkten Zugang zum Meer und zwei grosse Pools. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Unser Zimmer ist gross und wird täglich blitzblank geputzt. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt keinen Lärm, der den Schlaf stören könnte. Bei aller Schönheit der Anlage und der Umgebung, das Highlight für mich ist der Service des Personals. Angefangen vom Reinigungspersonal, den Gärtnern, den Kellnern und Köchen bis zu den Frauen an der Reception, alle sind freundlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll. Namentlich erwähnen möchte ich Ms. May an der Reception. Sie hat uns mit Kompetenz, schneller Auffassungsgabe und Witz beeindruckt. Sie hat uns einen Ausflug und die Teilnahme an einer Veranstaltung ermöglicht. Wir danken ihr, wie auch allen Beschäftigten in allen Bereichen des Resorts von Herzen. Sie haben uns wunderbare Ferientage in Khao Lak beschert.

Tolles Hotel mit einem gravierenden Fehler! Mitarbeiter top, Zimmer top, Strand wunderbar und sehr sauber. Frühstück lässt kaum wünsche offen und schmeckt. Wir werden dieses Hotel trotzdem nie wieder buchen, da in der Früh schon alle Liegen belegt sind!🤬 Es sind überall Aushänge vorhanden das es verboten ist Liegen zu Reservieren, für was ? Wenn man solche Zettel schreibt , sollte man so ein Verbot auch durchsetzen oder weiter nur Labern.

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are so polite kind and friendly. The location is perfect and peaceful with everything you need a short walk away to other restaurants such as Walkers bar which has fab food and owner is english !! The hotels pools are so clean as is the beach, we have been to Khao lak and I know they allow children at the hotel but we only saw a few and they were all so we behaved so please don’t worry about this!! Sunbeds no issues please visit we will return. Regards Graham and Shelley Brown wonderful time ❤️

Sentido Khaolak was the perfect hotel for our vacation. The rooms are very large and elegant. There was everything we needed. Sentido offers impeccable housekeeping, reception, restaurants, gym and housekeeping were extremely friendly. We came as a group of friends and took advantage of the many activities offered by the hotel. We especially recommend the fire show and the yoga and aqua aerobics classes with Alice. Alice is a very friendly, dedicated and energetic person. We absolutely love the way she leads the yoga classes. Every time Alice suggested a different exercise, she was very emphatic and full of good energy that we took home with us ❤️ The hotel has a perfect location on the beach, there are no problems with towels (changed daily), but the hotel is also very conveniently located close to local shops and restaurants. The hotel offers 5 very well-maintained pools, there was never a problem finding a free sunbed. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We had breakfast and dinner. Every day there was a different menu, everyone will find something delicious for themselves. I highly recommend the hotel and will return there again
