Kokotel Khao Lak Seascape arvostelua

It was clean and I enjoyed staying in the room. It was perfect for what I needed.

Avoid Seascape Rooms Entirely - Lighthouse Works (If Upstairs!) Our initial "Seascape" room was uninhabitable:** overpowering mould/must smell caused breathing difficulties (tight lungs) within 30 minutes. Combined with noisy transformers outside, we fled immediately. Staff moved us *free* to their "Lighthouse" hotel across the road. **Beware the ground floor:** our Lighthouse room had the same severe damp/mould issue. **After one awful night, we paid extra to upgrade to a 3rd-floor sea view room.** **This saved the stay:** The upstairs Lighthouse room was fresh, clean, comfortable (great beds/linen) with lovely views. Free water on each floor was appreciated. We extended from 5 to 7 nights here. **Serious Issues Remain:** 1. **Seascape Building:** Avoid entirely - severe mould makes it unfit. 2. **Lighthouse Ground Floor:** Same mould/damp problem. **Only higher floors are acceptable.** 3. **Pool:** Excess chlorine on Day 1 bleached my wife's black leggings brown. Check levels before swimming. **Bottom Line:** Only stay if you can *guarantee* an **upstairs room in the Lighthouse**. Never accept any Seascape rooms or Lighthouse ground floor rooms. The hotel must fix pervasive mould issues.

ห้องที่ส่งมาเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดเลยการที่ส่งห้องให้กับลูกค้าที่ผู้เข้าพักต้องเข้าตรวจก่อนไหมอันนี้สภาพไม่ได้เลยสภาพห้องเหมือนทำแบบลวกลวกผมเคยเข้าพักหลายที่กับโรงแรมนี้ผมไม่เข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมที่นี่ถึงเป็นแบบนี้นี่ผมเป็นคนไทย ถ้าเป็นชาวต่างชาติเจอสภาพแบบนี้ผมคงพูดไม่ถูกเดี๋ยวผมจะให้ภาพอธิบายก็แล้วกันครับว่าห้องที่ทำและส่งให้ลูกค้าสภาพเป็นแบบนี้หรอและไม่มีการจัดการอะไรเลยผมจองไปทั้งหมดสองห้องรีเควสท์ไปหนึ่งห้องเป็นห้องฮันนีมูนแต่สภาพห้องไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลยเป็นห้องปกติเลยในห้องพอไปเห็น รับไม่ได้เลยครับทั้งทั้งที่ผมจองล่วงหน้าก่อนที่จะเข้าพักหลายชั่วโมงผมไปถึงเกือบสี่ทุ่มแล้วหรือประมาณสี่ทุ่มเอาของไปเก็บแล้วเดินลงไปข้างล่างไปชายหาดแล้วก็มา นั่งเล่นตรงสระน้ำไปซื้ออะไรมาทางกับขึ้นห้องได้สำรวจห้องถึงกับช็อคตามภาพที่ผมได้ถ่ายมาผมมาหลายที่กับโลโก้นี้ผมไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนหนักหนาเท่าที่นี่  แล้วอีกอย่างผ้าที่ใส่บนที่นอนคนที่ใส่ไม่ได้ดูหรือว่ายังไงใส่ผ้าขาดไว้ให้ลูกค้าผ้าถ้ามันเก่าขอรบกวนเปลี่ยนเป็นผ้าใหม่ได้นะไม่ใช่ใส่ผ้าเก่าแบบนี้มันจะทำให้โลโก้โคโค่เทล เสียหายดูสภาพที่ใส่ช้อนกาแฟ กระติกน้ำร้อน หลังระเบียง ฝักบัวอาบน้ำสามารถทำความสะอาดได้แต่ไม่ได้ทำเวลาทำห้องเช็คเอาท์น่าจะมาแค่ปูเตียงเสร็จแล้วก็คือเสร็จไปเลยสภาพแบบนี้ไม่พอใจอย่างมากการบริการและการซัพพอร์ตต่อการเจอปัญหาไม่มีการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีดีพอมีแค่พูดว่าแล้วเราจะปรับปรุงถ้าสมมุติผมไปเข้าพักอีกแล้วเจอสภาพแบบนี้ คุณจะให้ผมทำยังไง?

Скорее отель на несколько дней. Удобно, что рядом 2 недорогих кафе, мини магазинчик. Тихо. Завтраки неплохие. Но нет территории у отеля. Когда бронировали, это не смущало. А по факту, оказалось, что прям не хватает.

You get what you paid for- uncomfortable beds, dirty. But for one night between hotels it’s ok. It’s very close to a great beach so that’s huge plus.

Two of us, two rooms. Everything we needed. Very close to a wonderful beach. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of nearby restaurants/ bars for the evenings.

Khao Lak på sitt beste - til grei pris This was "good value for money", - even if there were some short-cuts. The easiest to fix is to provide a simple plastic curtain between shower and toilet/ bath room floor. The second (little) thing for me was a slightly hard bed/ mattress ... Many will surely not have this issue on their list! 10/10 to all staff from check in via (good) breakfast to house-keeping! The stay was greatly enjoyed - with an excellent beach and no "serious" fight for sunbeds.

What a great place to stay everything is within walking distance three lovely restaurants within a minutes walk easy access to the beach sadly the hotel restaurant was damaged in a storm but construction is well underway lots of sun beds with comfy mattresses. Definitely recommend my room lovely and bed so comfortable it was hard to leave in the morning. Fabulous thank you for a great time.

Nice hotel. Room was clean, staff was kind and happy. Place doesn’t have elevator but for us it wasn’t problem. Breakfast has three different menus, all of them was portioned for you (no buffet) anyway it was ok. Beach was near and it is really nice.

This was a good stay, very quiet with the beach and food and shop right outside. Friendly efficient staff, well maintained and a breakfast for free, I would stay here again

We stayed here for two separate nights on either end of a boat trip. The price was extremely reasonable and we were very pleased with the value. The room was basic, but very clean. (The king size bed room is quite large.) The breakfast was basic, but it was made fresh and it was free. The beach is right across the street. The staff here were so very very nice to us. There are many fancy resorts in Khao Lak, and if that is what you're expecting, this is probably not for you. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful night or two, then I think you'll be pleased with the value.
