Beautiful resort. A little old but the room with access to the pool is great. Breakfast was okay. Pool is huge. Beach is private and clean. Resort offers lots of little activities like beach yoga, water aerobics, cycling! Great options for dinner at the restaurant!

We stayed at this hotel probably ten times, we love the pool, breakfast, happy hours at pool bar, gym and pool table. Room needs upgrade, the room we stayed the wooden floor slightly pop up due to humidity.

Beautiful place and calm. The employee have service mind .I enjoyed with all of activity cycling ,tabletennis, swimming etc And your breakfast had variety of food. Next time I will back again when I have time.

amazing place in terms of quality of resort, exclusive beach and pool. food from Restaurant was disappointing, almost got robbed. they must focus on improving their Authentic Thai dishes from Restaurant menu. overall it was a Great experience.

We spent a lovely 7 days at the Haven. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed and linens were very good quality. The pool was lovely and we never had trouble finding lounge chairs. Big shoot out to Thor the patio waiter who worked all day in the heat with a smile on his face. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of choices. Could have had more variety of local fruits would be my only comment. Easy access to a lovely clean beach with very few people around. Short walk down the road you will find a little store, restaurants and massage places. If you like quiet this is the spot.

The hotel is amazing. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, no kids, a long and uncrowded beach, then you’ve come to the right place. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its peaceful location, beautiful beach, and a wonderful swim surrounded by palm trees with a view of a paradise beach. The hotel is 5 stars, but let’s be honest, it’s a bit short of the full 5 stars, which is a shame because it has potential. What mildly surprised us, but didn’t ruin the holiday, was the very slow pace of meal service in the restaurant. I understand not rushing and savoring the meal, but waiting 45 minutes for dessert is definitely too long. The second issue is that I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat onions or garlic—every time I asked clearly if a dish could be made without those ingredients, but unfortunately, I ordered a soup once and there was onion in it right on the top, or a main dish with rice that also had onion. The staff apologized, but what’s the point? What if I had an allergic reaction? This shouldn’t happen in a 5-star hotel. Once they forgot to bring our order at all, once I ordered pad thai with shrimps and I got chicken- not a 5 star service.The room cleaning was very superficial; the shower was cleaned only once during our 2-week stay. I highly recommend the all-inclusive option, as during the day you don’t have to waste time, you can just order food while lying on your lounger, and the drink selection is huge, plus they have sparkling wine. If you buy All Inclusive ask for everything, because before our holiday I mailed with the hotel to ask if there is wine or sparkling wine included in AI - the answer was NO and during our stay on the third day we found out from the barman that of course you can have wine or sparkling wine in this package.....One thing the hotel should definitely change is the bar’s opening hours— it opens only at 11:00, so if you go for an early breakfast, you have to wait a long time before you can get a coffee or even water. We had a situation where we were at the bar at 11:05, and we were told it wasn’t open yet, so we had to wait another 15 minutes just to have a cup of coffee while the barman was chopping fruits in front of us:). It’s similar with breakfast: it starts at 6:30, but when you arrive at that time, nothing is ready yet, so if you have an early excursion, you may not be able to eat properly. Nevertheless, I recommend hotel because of the peace and quiet if this is something you are looking for—though sometimes in the evenings, there’s a lack of entertainment and you find yourself in bed at 9 PM :). We also had a New Year’s party, which was great, but for that price, there should have been at least some drinks included. What is more all ceremony was beaufifully prepared but what killed it was the music. The artists hired for that night were great, don't get me wrong, but they should sing lively song to get us ready to party not to get us ready to sleep. I have stayed in many places in my life but nothing will ever top The Haven, wow what a magnificent hotel, the whole hotel is so magical and the staff are absolutely wonderful, we stayed in a swim-up room, very nice and large room, the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, but the best thing was still the pool, just open the sliding doors and jump in, incredible feeling and extremely beautiful pool, very good breakfast, there is pretty much everything you could wish for, this hotel is very tropical and for me and my family very luxurious, the beach was absolutely incredible, it was cleaned every day and you were pretty much alone on the beach so it was absolutely perfect, on Christmas Eve they had a big show with lots of food and fireworks it was absolutely fantastic done by you! me and my family thank the wonderful staff at The Haven, a luxury hotel with the absolute best staff, thank you for the best trip we have ever had

The staff were courteous, approachable and welcoming. They promptly attended to one's needs. The property was well-kept and clean. The food was always tops, including the breakfast buffet which was quite varied. All in all a wonderful and enjoyable stay!
