房間很寬敞，服務非常好，我們英語不好也沒有一點不耐煩。酒店餐廳刷卡遇到問題，工作人員都在積極解決，各種想辦法。正好過年期間，酒店餐舉辦過年的舞獅煙花秀，一羣老外過中國年，正經中國人就我們倆，感覺挺奇妙。遠離鬧市區，非常適合度假，每天躺平就好。酒店內消費和成都商場差不多，服務有超過價格，周邊有夜市可以逛，步行至最近的711大概10分鐘，看到附近200米遠有一家711在裝修 也許下次去就有了。

酒店員工很友好，早餐很豐盛好吃，衞生打掃的也很乾凈~酒店大大小小泳池很多，也有小童玩水區~酒店自己的沙灘區邊有很多躺椅和遮陽傘，整個酒店度假感十足~非常推薦

Очень хороший отель, пожили в двух категориях номеров 1 как поняла делюкс в старой части, а 2 в самой дальней части из 5 корпусов, в более светлых оттенках. Второй вариант понравился больше, там капитальная стена между комнатой и санузлом, нет ванны, она и ни к чему. Очень просторный и светлый номер. Сам отель и качество обслуживания хорошее, уборка, починка кондиционера. Завтраки в порядке, нет только рыбы. Пляж широкий и удобный, но имейте ввиду - песок желтый и темный в этой части каолака) несколько раз за «Баунти» ездили на соседний пляж.

두번째 방문하는 라플로라 카오락 아이들과 지내기 너무 좋은 호텔입니다 이번엔 디너를 신청해서 호텔서 즐겼는데 만족도 최상이네요 맛있는 음식과 화려한 불쇼 그리고 시원한 바람 너무 멋진 저녁식사 였어요 또다시 가고 싶다는 마음만 남네요 트립닷컴 에서 라사나비타 온천이용권이 포함이었는데 한국 사람들은 그냥 온탕 수준이지만 외국인들과 태국인들은 너무 좋아할 것 같아요 냉탕과 온탕을 만날 수 있어요 밖에 나가지 않고 호텔서만 즐기는 정말 좋은 휴가였어요~~

非常好的體驗，雖然在入住的一天裡面下大雨，但是酒店工作人員特別耐心，幫忙開車把我們送到房間樓下，送的私湯體驗也很好，美中不足的門口停車位太少，酒店自己的停車位非常窄，開大點的車停進去出門很困難

This is a beautiful resort. It is a bit large and can take a bit of walking to get around especially if your room is not close to the main lobby. The resort itself is well maintained and up to date, however, the air conditioning in our room was not working as it should but the staff resolved this for us and offered us another room which was great. The breakfast for us was one of the highlights, we loved all the options. The sunsets in Khao Lak are amazing and this hotel sits right on the beach so it’s a wonderful experience watching the sunsets every evening. I would say that the hotel is a bit large and busy and with that you can loose the personal touch, for example we notified them that we were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary but no nice gestures for offered. The front staff are also a bit abrupt and seems to be occupied but again the hotel is busy so this is expected. Altogether we had a great time and would possibly visit again.
