i mean i had to change rooms 2 times because each room had no heat so i used the blow dryer to heat both the rooms.. i hate being cold on top im alone so im really cold but the blow dryer is helping out for now makes no sence to change againthe 3rd room might be the same thing

Even if this is the last option to stay AVOID at all cost. Maybe sleep on road. We arrived around 11.30 at night and they refused to give us room, inspite of having reservations. Demanded double the cost to give us the room. We had kids with us and kept requesting to give us room for the night at least. The night desk lady banged the door on our face and started screaming, yes screaming at top of her lungs. Have never witnessed such horrible behaviour from a hotel staff. We were talking to her and trying to reason out, but she just walked out of the hotel and ensured with another front desk guy that we don’t get room. My brother had booked my room and we were trying to reach him to sort this out. But with such obnoxious behaviour we decided to walk out and find other options. At midnight we were stranded in completely new city, isolated place without any transportation. And they dont have Jacuzzi! Another guest was fighting with them that they were charged huge amount in promise of jacuzzi in room.

The place is clean enough and quiet if that’s all you want. I booked through **********. At check-in, I was told I needed to give a $50 deposit to be refunded upon checkout. I couldn’t find the original email with the price at the time but seem now I have been overcharged and the deposit not refunded. Additionally, there is a $112 charge pending which thankfully the bank is questioning. I checked out a day early and they are refusing to refund that too. The woman at the front desk couldn’t be bothered giving me a do not disturb sign nor my daughter an extra card key when she locked herself out. Nor would she give me a receipt upon checkout. Never again.

Four night stay - never cleaned. No new towels - said they were out. Front desk guy just laughed. Coffee and juice machine in the ‘breakfast area’ did not work. We Had two people try to come in our room, key and all - said we did not have reservations. Had to go prove. The whole place is unkept and in need of repairs. Not a good experience for us at all.

One of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. Our room was filled with debris - including food under a chair we needed to move to enter the bed from one side. Yes there was no garbage in the cans but WOW! Why should I find so much debris??? When I inquired at the desk I was told " you will have to clean it yourself as I am the only one here". They had no broom or dustpan to offer me. I understood why the woman could not leave her post BUT why was she alone?? How safe is that? And no broom, etc?? Oh and there were bugs throughout the room. WE ARE STILL DEALING WITH COVID! I was glad I had my own disinfectant in the car and sanitizing wipes - but why should I need them???? The breakfast is a joke/ ends a 9am, only cereal & waffles - no protein, fruit or even bagels/toast or yogurt. Luckily there is an IHOP in the parking lot. DO NOT stay here. I found no friendly staff here. It is the only motel I have never left a tip for housekeeping (and I argued with my hubby to do so but as he said "you had to clean the room/ let me tip you"). Beware

Worst customer service, but you cannot tell them that because the will bar you booking with them again, the ladies that work the front desk including a manager that say her name is Renee is the worst, YOU try to talk with them and they will tell you outright they dont care and threaten to call the police on you.

First, I believe you get what you pay for. That being said - save your money... This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. First, the walls are paper thin, unfortunately, the patrons next to me - had the services of a "lady" I heard it ALL - NEED I SAY MORE 😣THE SCREAMING WILL FOREVER BE ECHTED IN MY HEAD.... The attitude of the person in the front office is beyond reproach - I really have no words. Nooooooo need for that.... I would rather sleep in my car than stay here... Any questions - please ask

This place is a joke. Let's start with the false advertisement of free breakfast. There is none. The desk clerk replied "covid" when asked about it and gave a scowl. Tv waved in and out. Room rundown.
