Wonderful home-like Japanese style hotel Staffs are very nice and they will remember their customers Their response to help are very quick that you don’t even need to wait Breakfast are yummy with good service Private bath is clean and high privacy

Small hotel with attentive staff. Public onsen not crowded, clean and enjoyable. Meals available but requires pre booking. Walkable to JR station.

首先説滿意的地方： 1.酒店位置比較優越 離車站不遠 出行方便 2.服務生是日本人 尼泊爾小姑娘可以日語溝通 如果辦理入住時間可以縮短一些 提高效率 同時説明細節和解決問題能力能提高一些就更好了 3.衞生很好 乾淨整潔 不盡人意的地方： 1.房間温度低 空調調至最高 但還是不暖和 導致晚上凍醒 腿抽筋 受涼而感冒 希望酒店在房間配備電暖爐 冬天天氣冷 如果晚上冷休息不好 很影響後面行程 2.被子的被套有點松 一蹬腿 被芯就會出來 不是很好，其他酒店也有這樣的被子 不至於這麼鬆垮

非常不錯，一次定了兩間。

酒店位置很好，距離JR站巴士站步行大概3分鐘。房間很別緻，前台服務也是一級棒。 不足之處是温泉就兩個很小的池，設施也比較老。房間裏基本上沒wifi，能連上的速度也很慢很慢。最奇葩的是早餐時間，作為一個度假酒店，早餐的最晚開始時間是8點，9點就停止服務了。

酒店環境幽雅，乾淨整潔，離車站很近，方便好找，服務非常到位，日式早餐也很棒哦，下次來一定會再次入住

酒店不大，就在高鐵站和高速巴士站斜對面，位置非常好。步行到古街和高山陣屋很近，邊走邊玩大約20分鐘左右就到了。

名宿有點年頭了，設施難免稍有陳舊，但是全體工作人員的服務態度絕對沒話説，完全彌補了硬件方面的不足，還是值得推薦👍

地點方便，就在火車站附近。踏進旅館便感受到濃厚的日本風味，入住期間可免費借用和服，更可以穿著外出，到古街漫步拍照，是很好的體驗。旅館亦設有私人風呂，但需要及早預約。附近有很多餐館及商店，約5分鐘可步行到宮川朝市及古街。早餐可選和式或西式，和式的很精緻及豐富美味。這裡的職員服務殷勤及英語能力高。

8年前來過這家酒店，被日式服務吸引了。接待生彬彬有禮把你帶到房間，用流利的英語介紹案內的各種設施，一樓也有微波爐， 三樓有吸煙室。 不過這次房間還挺冷的，熱氣不是很足，晚上睡覺的被子有點單薄。 其他一切如舊，温泉很舒服。

Stayed there with as a family of 3. While I really wanted to like the ryokan due to the warm service and great feedback from friends, my own experience was a bit disappointing. We have stayed in many traditional ryokans prior to this and were familiar with the setup. We are appreciative with the warm service and sincere touches; like candies at check in, but the ryokan itself is really quite old and in need of a refresh. Our room is tucked away in a corner and required us to go down a small flight of stairs to reach. I am not sure if the location meant that is a bit colder than the rest of the rooms but we really did feel cold and the heating was inadequate. The in built heater would also stop and beep in the middle of the night, which led 2 of us falling sick at the start of the trip. We requested for a additional small heater which helped a bit. Second night, our 9yo son also got many mysterious bites all over his leg. He claimed to have seen a bug crawl under the tatami mat but we were not certain and therefore did not feedback to the ryokan as we only had one more remaining night to go. We had only stayed 1 night in nagoya's marriott associa hotel prior to our ryokan visit, and his skin improved after we left Takayama, leading us to think that it might have been the stay there.

i love this hotel, good location, clean, nice service, it s ryokan, have onsen and private bathtub, also room diffuser that you can choose smell by yourself, and they have yugata clothes to us , i love it
