I have visited different onsen in Japan , and the environment and facilities of the onsen on the B1 floor are the newest I have experienced. The quality of the dinner at the restaurant and the service were excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn't share the meal with my friends (they had different menus). However, the most disappointing aspect was that I paid extra for an open bath in the room, but it turned out not to be hot spring water; instead, it was just a bathtub. This was different from the images shown on the travel agent's website, which left me and my family disappointed. Overall, the price was on the higher side and did not meet my expectations.

Dinner portion was too little and the plain rice provided was disappointing. Also the staff were very rude. The hotel was very old.
