飯店感覺的出來有一定的年紀，但環境/設備都維護得很好，很大的窗戶直面琵琶湖，景色非常美麗。 一旁步行2分鐘即可達平價超市，很方便~ 是參觀白鬚神社/琵琶湖的好落腳處~

The hotel in general is better than expectation. It has a long history but still maintain an elegance and utmost cleanliness. The view of the lake from the window of our room is perfect. We even watch sunrise in the morning.

如果踏單車的話 這是一個不錯的選擇，在湖邊，一定會經過，方便明天繼續 職員友善，單車可儲放 日式早餐、晚餐也不錯 隔離有超市、麥當勞 酒店有一定歷史，房間可以看得出來，但可接受

ツインで大人2人、子供1人で予約しましたが、何かの手違いでか、チェックイン時にトリプルでの予約されているといまれました。子供の朝食付きプランでしたが、大人と違うのは釜炊きかどうかの違いのみでした。朝食の種類が少し少なく、子供が食べられるものがもう少しあればよかったと思います。アメニティは必要最低限はありました。

The staff of the hotel is nice and kind, and they are willing to help you anytime.

We stayed two nights in the hotel with breakfast and dinner. The web page of Trip.com showed that there was onsen in the hotel but when we check in, we were told that it was a "mistake". There is no onsen and the photo is a public onsen half an hours away. It was very disappoining that the Trip.com include photos irrelevant to the hotel. Dinner was also diffferent from the web photo. We have to pay 2500 yen each to upgrade the dinner to shsbu shabu. Breakfast is Japanese style with limited choice. Other than these, we had lake view room and shopping mall is nearby which are the advantages.

房間寬敞舒適，服務迅速親切，早餐好吃，房間有加濕器超棒。

This hotel is very old , all equipments are vintage but that is clean.
