Gave up on trying to book this hotel last month after suffering from serious bad customer service. Unable to find open dates on the website online, I was forced to contact the hotel by phone and email. Very hard to reach this Vanessa lady by phone. As far as emails are concerned, she replies once every 1-4 days and we had a back and forth which lasted 2 weeks and I still did not manage to make a booking, despite the dates being available. If Vanessa is the only person taking care of reservations, and she is overloaded with work, then at the very least LVMH should have headquarters help her with taking bookings since their online system did not work. I have stayed at all the cheval blancs in the world, and always regularly stay at them. This is the first time that the experience is so terrible. There is no acceptable excuse to not replying to customers or taking so long to reply to them.
