Room had bed bugs :( Had 8 different bites and told the receptionist about it but they said there's nothing they can do. No spray or room offer, just apologized. I understand there might be nothing they can do either. I had to find another place and wash everything.

The location was convenient, near to XiMenDing, but unfortunately my stay was affected by multiple bed bug bites that appeared during my stay. After reporting the issue, the hotel only sprayed the bed with a bed mite spray and arranged a room change. While I appreciate the response, I was disappointed with how the matter was handled afterwards, as responsibility was denied despite the issue occurring during my stay. Overall, this experience significantly affected my comfort and confidence in the cleanliness of the accommodation.

The cleanliness is below expectations, likely due to the age of the building. The shower water temperature is excessively hot (around 60°C) and cannot be adjusted, making it uncomfortable for use. Ventilation is also poor, as the windows are locked and cannot be opened.

Single room with shared bathroom. Amenities considered complete. However, poorer ventilation in the room and the washroom. Some bath area is bigger, first come first serve. Generally worth the price especialg weekdays. Slipper was provided and prompt response from counter personnel.

The mattress in our room had a sharp spring protruding from the edge. When my mother sat on the side of the bed, the metal spring pierced her leg, causing a small cut with some bleeding. When we reported this to the front desk, there was no apology. Instead, the staff questioned why we only reported it in the morning rather than during the night. The reason is simple — the mattress was covered with a bedsheet, so the sharp spring was not visible. The incident happened in the morning when my mother sat on the edge of the bed, which is why we reported it then. We were also told that it was unlikely to get injured because the mattress was covered. However, the sheet is very thin — it can easily hide the defect but does not prevent injury. Additionally, the mattress was dusty and the pillowcases were not clean. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning.

The location is just around Ximending which is very convinient. The room was clean and the service is very good. Although wala masyadong amenities pero okay lang kasi lagi naman kami nasa labas. Free tubig din mag request lang.

Cleaniness and amenities of the shared bathroom/toilet can be improved, otherwise the location of the hotel is good which is close to XiMenDing metro.

I arrived in Taiwan on my first night at around 11:00 PM and checked in to ColorMix Hotel & Hostel. I had booked a single room with a shared bathroom. One thing I really appreciated was the 24-hour reception. Since I arrived late at night, it gave me great peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to worry about how to check in. When I opened the room door, I was pleasantly surprised that the air conditioning was already on, making the room cool and comfortable after coming in from the hot weather outside. The room was simple and cozy, with a small staircase leading up to the bed. The shared bathrooms were clean, and the hotel provided towels and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. I only stayed for one night, and overall I was satisfied with my stay. The only downside was that the mattress was quite thin, so it wasn’t the most comfortable sleep. On the other hand, the blanket was thick and comfortable. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay, especially if you’re arriving late at night and looking for a clean, convenient place with friendly amenities.

Really nice stay. Good staff and room was clean. Location was excellent too, super close to Ximending’s main town.
