It is ok overall. The pictures show the room has window but the window is in the bedroom.

交通位置便利，旁邊就是西門町地鐵站3號出口。房間整潔、設施新淨。前台人員熱情親切，會主動關心旅客需要，值得再次考慮入住。

Hotel location was excellent. The amenities were basic but sufficient (you get what you pay for). One issue is the noise level (walls seem thin or the neighbours are just loud). Hotel gave a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival when the standard room was not available. Greatly appreciated!

Simple no frills room - awesome location, good service and super clean They would not provide any toothbrush and other disposable items from 2025 There is washing machine and dryer available for all hotel guest. I arranged for my luggage to be kept at the hotel while I took a small bag to go to beitou

Perfect Location, Attractive Pricing

成間房都好整潔，不過隔音有啲差，會聽到人講嘢同開關門會嘈醒既聲量，但地理位置好近西門町，住1,2日ok

服務員好有禮貌，酒店位置非常好，不用5分鐘就到西門町，房間設計亦好實用，而且夠光猛 但隔音比較差，房間及浴室內的掛鉤不足。

服務、設施滿意👍👍👍👍😆

地點非常便利，員工服務非常好，脫上10將後有杯麵提供。今次生日入住還有小驚喜，當天一回酒店大堂所有員工一同祝福說生日快樂，房間內還有生日咭及生日蛋糕非常窩心！

櫃台服務員態度良好，能提供適切的幫助。房間清潔服務員有禮及工作認真。

房間小，隔音差，大半夜隔壁男生説話聲音全部能聽見……

The hotel is located at the very good location, closed to mrt, walkable to ximending. They provide washing machine too.

not the first time staying here, most of the staff are less friendly compared to last time that gave people a welcoming vibe at all times. only 2 staff - light brown coloured guy staff and one female receptionist with bangs continued the friendly service. also the cleanliness of the hotel slightly reduced, got few days where one of the housekeeping staff didnt vaccum the floor and one time forgot to clear the rubbish.
