1. 地點很完美 就在捷運出口上方 去永康街 師大夜市都很近 走路可到距離 2. 整潔第一天還可以接受 後面打掃好像很普通 晚上回來不是很乾淨 3. 沒啥服務可言 我沒用早餐 但是每天有免費的水可以領取 這點很好 4. 重點: 床非常軟 像水床一樣 翻身床很搖會被嚇醒, wifi 超級差 非常卡 email都收不下來 下次應該不會再回訪了

我已經住過這個旅館很多次了，服務人員態度很好，房間也乾淨整潔。但是今天退房時發生了一件事情讓我不太開心。服務人員給了我兩張房卡，我今天早上進出電梯時，把裝著兩張房卡的紙張從包包裡掏出時，其中一張卡就飛出去了，恰恰飛進了電梯門口的細縫內，我告知工作人員是否可以去地下室找那張卡，他們說因為那個地方不是一般人地下室可以到達的地方，還是要收200元遺失費用。因為是自己理虧，我還是乖乖付錢了，但感覺非常差，也打壞了一天開始的好心情。

I would like to sincerely compliment Winnie, Claire, Vicky, and Kevin for their outstanding service during breakfast over the past seven days. Each morning, they greeted me with warm smiles, attentive service, and a genuine willingness to make sure everything was just right. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to highlight Winnie’s kindness during my checkout. It was raining heavily, and the hotel umbrellas were all in use. Without hesitation, Winnie generously offered me her own umbrella so I wouldn’t get soaked on my way out. This thoughtful and selfless gesture went above and beyond what I expected, and it perfectly reflects the excellent hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to Winnie, Claire, Vicky, and Kevin. They are all a real credit to your hotel, and their exceptional service has left a lasting positive impression.

首先服務是真的很好的，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情 單人間就在前台後面，第一個晚上半夜被活活吵醒；房間小到空調直吹身上，於是都不敢開，又一個晚上活活熱醒；榻榻米，所有東西都在地上，腰不好的會很遭罪

Check in的時候飯店幫我免費升等房型，加入會員（不需額外付費）可以有強力的吹風機提供免費使用，交通地理位置很方便，樓下就是捷運站，唯獨廁所防滑地墊正反面都發霉了，拿出來有點嚇到所以沒有使用，電梯只有一台，人多退房時間可能要稍微等一下，但整體還算可以

住宿地點就在捷運站旁很方便，房間整潔舒適，就是吹風機的風有點小，其他都非常好！

酒店服務不錯，天天也有人整理，下次會再來。

아이와함께 간다고 미리 이야기했더니 침대가드를 설치해주셨어요. 시설은 깔끔하고 넓지않지만 알차게 활용할수 있는 구조예요. 세면대따로 욕실, 화장실분리되어 있어 편합니다. 바로앞이 융캉제고, 동먼역 8번출구 옆, 아침시장도 좋아요👍 두번째 숙박인데 전 다음에도 재방문예정입니다.

Great stay - would choose to stay again. MRT is right next to the hotel and centrally located to many attractions, within walking distance.

選擇是因為位置極佳，捷運站附近，走路不用5分鐘。之前住過，發覺設備都老舊了，欠缺保養，毛巾全部都要丟掉換新的。桌子也有破損，是時候翻新了。

Great location in the city center, right at the exit of Dongmen metro station. Stayed in this hotel 3 times. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean. Stuff very friendly and helpful. There's a convenience store right in front of the entrance to hotel, 2 mins walk. Breakfast consists of mostly Chinese dishes. If you prefer western breakfast, better eat out. Recommend this hotel!

位置非常方便，職員有善。 早餐質素及味道有待改善。 食物不是熱的，亦不太新鮮，款式亦很少。

真的超方便，捷運東門站8號出口，郵局後門的樓上👍 去剛好遇到寒流，房間沒有暖氣，棉被偏薄，棉被看上去也是舊舊的 整體感覺還可以，謝謝
