The location is not bad but the service and the carpark arrangement is horrible. For the carpark, when you enter the hotel, you need to wait the staff to come from the reception and open the car lift for you, it may takes a long time when someone is engaged in the counter . The toilet drainage was block and u report to the staff and she blamed me I put the toilet paper into the toilet which it doesn’t remind the guest not to do so. Furthermore, the room card always not working and have to call the staff to replace it.

The hotel location is great. Nearby the MRT station just a few minutes walk. The bath room is huge come with jacuzzi. Can enjoy a good shower time after the day long walk. Overall happy with the hotel service.

Location was 3 mins from the train station which takes you to most places and around the area there are lots of shops, restaurants and a market, it’s about 15 minutes walk from the popular food night market. The hotel also has a motel attached and we stayed in the motel which has its own car park. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was massive with Jacuzzi tub, steam shower and sofa. It’s a bit dark in the room itself and free bottles of water provided. The breakfast wasn’t great but doable if included in the price. Sound proof was good, never heard anyone and there was a big karaoke place next door. The room does need a bit of maintenance as you can see it’s a bit worn down and the only light comes from the bathroom but it’s opposite a residential building so can’t really have the curtains up if your not dressed. There’s no door to the bathroom only a curtain which I find a bit at strange. Staff was friendly and check in and check out went smoothly. I would recommend this place and would come back again for the big spa bathroom!

The room was truly amazing and was extremely worth the cost. Note that it's a short 5-minute walk from the train station and a section of it is unsheltered. Regardless, the room was 100% worth the walk. The bedroom was large and could comfortably fit two people, and the bathroom was also huge. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Great stay. Fantastic location. Little one loved the jacuzzi. Rooms were comfortable and clean. My go to hotel for my trips back to Taipei.

Location is perfect. Room is HUGE. However, they charge (as seems custom to Taipei) $100 USD per hour for early check-in or late check-out.

This has been my worst hotel experience in Taipei. The location is great, but the hardware is unacceptable. I booked a suite without realizing it was essentially a love hotel room, and the entire space was freezing. The air conditioning has no heating function, and the portable heater they provided was so weak it made no difference. I genuinely don’t understand why the hotel can’t offer a proper heater. Even the hair dryer barely works. After discovering the room type, I requested a change. They moved me to another suite on the same floor, but the conditions were just as bad. I asked to switch to the upper floors, but they claimed nothing was available and insisted on giving me yet another room on the same floor. Only after I complained again did they suddenly “find” a room on the 7th floor, which looked more like an executive room. But even then, the room was still freezing and the heater remained useless. Also, the elevator keycard is easily mess up with the magnet strip; I have to change card every time when I go back to my room. I end up check out one night in advance as I can’t stand the room. Do not recommend this hotel to my friends at all.

Beautiful hotel room although a bit old. Comes with a carpark lot and a very elaborate toilet with jacuzzi! Excellent experience!!
