The room is bright and looks clean. The hygiene have to improve and avoid giving stain bed sheet or pillow case to customers.

My parents really found this hotel to be the one of the worst if not the worst hotel stay ever. The breakfast options never changed and the food choices were very limited. It was also unappealing and not delicious at all. The hotel’s location is excellent but that is the only good thing about it. The service is terrible. Most of the employees at this hotel do not smile and do not provide genuine and friendly guest service. They just seem to be going through the motions and getting the job done in the most basic and simple way. There was a bit of an accidental incident that involved a cleaning fee for a very small portion of the carpet in the guest room. They completely understood that a cleaning fee should be paid but the amount was ridiculous. They wanted 3,000 NTD for the technicolor yawn. Even after the cleanup, the floor was still dirty. That was because the room including the bathroom was already quite dirty when they entered the room after the check in. You can see the stains/rust and the leftover soap crumble on the soap dish in the bathroom. Housekeeping clearly does not care to do its job well and the rooms in this hotel need a renovation. The photos on the platform by the hotel were quite deceiving. They made it look like the rooms and bathrooms were very clean but that was not the case at all. So, if you are going to charge a ridiculous cleanup fee then you should use that money to actually maintain the cleanliness of the room and bathroom or to go for a complete renovation of the hotel. Also, the worst part was when your staff member kept on insisting that the cleanup fee had to be in cash to further add insult. It took a few discussions until the hotel finally agreed that they could pay it via credit card. They will definitely not return to this hotel nor do they recommend it.

Location is great. Room is alright, carpet was stained and worn. Old dust at some places. Sound proofing is good.

Really nice stayed! Just 1 or 2 mins walk from MRT Houshanpi, Kind and supported staff. The room is ok, cmfortable for solo and couple. Breakfast option not that much but that's ok not a big deal for me. I will come back here again

Room size is decent. Can see Taipei 101 if you choose the room with view. Breakfast selection is basic. There’s 1 coin operated washing machine and 1 coin operated dryer if you need to do laundry. Very close to the Houshanpi MRT station but no sheltered walkway so you might get wet in the rain. 7-11 is opposite the hotel, Family Mart and a small supermarket opposite Family Mart are within walking distance. A wide selection of local food options around the hotel (soy milk, dough sticks, gyoza, beef noodles, bubble tea, local bakeries, Cama Cafe, Starbucks). Good launch point to other parts of Taipei (Nangang Exhibition Centre is 2 stops away).

I stayed at the Green World Songshan for three nights and it was a great stay overall. The room is a bit small and the view from my room wasn't great but other than that I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and I slept well every night that I was there. The location is very convenient, a minute's walk from Houshanpi MRT station Exit 3 and there are plenty of places to eat and small shops nearby. The hotel is a brisk 10 to 15 minutes walk to Raohe Market. Breakfast is included and it's pretty basic but good enough-see photos.

Nice hotel with clean environment and reasonable facilities. Good location and easy access for meeting customers during the event.
