隔音極差只有服務很好

去左10幾次台灣，今次第一次十住北投，原來有咁多間溫泉酒店選擇。最後選了享溫泉water house, 睇房間圖片有tatami, 日式feel, 真正渡假感覺。 台灣人熱情有禮就係人都知，check in時職員細心解答，幾點check out, 早餐想幾點食，食邊個set...等 上到房，size 岩岩好，私人湯size 一家人一起浸都得，白泉浸到我白雪雪。我仲試埋個大眾女湯，早上去無人呀，正，包場咁。共4個湯，其中一個係凍湯，熱湯就約42度左右。

Staying at this hot springs hotel in Beitou was such a relaxing and memorable experience! The location is peaceful yet convenient — just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy to get around. The highlight was definitely the private hot spring bath in the room — so soothing and perfect after a long day of exploring. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The surrounding area is beautiful too, with lush greenery and natural hot spring parks nearby. This hotel is a perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the unique charm of Beitou. Highly recommended!

The hotel did not meet my expectations. • There was no laundry service available. • The breakfast portions were extremely small — even a child would not be full. The meat portion was only about one-fifth of a regular chicken leg. • The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt dark and gloomy. • The bathroom lacked privacy as it was fully transparent. • There was only one elevator, and it was very small. • The toilet did not have a temperature control system. • No bathrobes were provided, which was disappointing for a hot spring hotel. Overall, I found the hotel to be poor value for money.

地點容易找,離捷運站路程可能10分鐘左右,酒店的服務員很好禮貌,早餐好味道,溫泉水也夠熱,總體不錯,下次一定會再去

位置離溫泉區景點近，環境安靜清幽，房間很乾淨，浴池大泉水舒服，早餐豐盛好吃😋～

我們入住湯瀧房，景觀很美，床很舒服，睡得很好，泡湯池也夠大，水很熱，入水也快，整體房間光線理想，電掣也充足。 但是，房間設施略嫌不足，掛衣服的地方很少，也沒有衣架，連掛毛巾也成問題。 榻榻米的設計，讓所有在枱上的操作也須坐在地上，否則要彎腰，這帶來很多不便。 另外，設施較舊，天花有不少霉跡，牆身也花。 以這個價錢，就有點失望。 無論如何，大眾浴池很好，由於不是旺季和週末，用大眾池的人不多，很舒服。 地點也很好，距離捷運站幾分鐘路程。 若果價錢平一點，是值得選擇。

服務態度很好，就是洗手間的規劃不是太好，乾濕分離❌。總體來說不錯，空調超強的，舒服～

第2次來，员工很好，早餐足夠飽到下午。

房間裡的溫泉很舒服，周遭環境很不錯，出門就看得到舒心的景致，附近很多美食，交通方便，下次還想再住一晚。

地點方便、房間很舒適

是個溫馨的房間，可以泡湯很讚，但覺得假日房價貴了一些。房間偏小，窗戶也好小。但早餐很豐盛！營養又好吃！
