Hotel Relax I arvostelua

Staff were unhelpful with requests. Did not like the hotel and location.

地方不錯，交通方便，食市很多喜歡食那樣食物都有

地理位置非常方便，就在台北車站附近的 服務正常，11:30最遲要退房，退房當天，服務員就11時左右打電話來房間提醒11:30前退房 房間空間足夠，但一入住的時候，不但很焗，還有一陣陣的味道，感覺不太好！而且牆壁有很多位置污糟和鼓起來了 另外最接受不到是洗手間！ 整個馬桶搖搖欲墜，也不乾淨，令人失望，也感覺住得不舒服，不敢去洗手間了 沖涼房門的防水膠很爛了，跟本沖一次涼，外面地下全都濕了！環境真的很惡劣！！！ 感覺整個房間很沒有安全感！舒適度很差！

受付の人も優しくスムーズにチェックインできました。 アクセスは台北駅Z2/Z4出口から歩いて3分ほどのところにあり近いです。 シャワーも温度、強さ問題なく利用できました。 ２日目の午前は折り畳み傘では厳しそうな雨が降っていたのですが快く傘を貸していただき問題なく観光できました。

整體十分滿意,酒店會準備拖鞋給客人, 但自備牙刷, 地點好方便, 出入安全, 樓下係24小時M記, 平日樓下轉彎就有早餐買.... 唯一唔好既地方係房屋排氣口臭, 整到間房有陣味

部屋はまあまあだが、古いビルの２フロアーがホテルになっており廊下が薄く写真とはイメージが違った。 フロントの応対もあまり親切ではなく、日本語OKのわりには一言も交わすことはなかった。 全体的に乱雑感があり評価点より低めにしか思えなかった。

호텔 숙박할 때의 서비스, 위치, 시설 모두 훌륭했습니다. 다만 호텔 보증금 환불이 이루어지지 않고 있는데 빠른 환불이 이루어졌으면 좋겠습니다.

Nice place to stay, near Ximending, nearby have many nice foods and also near to train stations

Good for an inexpensive option not far from the Airport MRT. Plenty of places around it. Clean room, comfortable bed, large shower. The lift is a bit of a pain being on F10 and F11 of a busy communal building. They give 2 free beer vouchers per room for their restaurant at another Relax hotel - no strings attached, it seems, no need to eat. I didn’t use mine but as I was spending at least 10 USD per beer in other places, I probably should have done. I’d stay here again (and use the vouchers)!

Short walk from the Taipei Airport Express station. The hotel lobby is located on the 11th floor and rooms were on the 10th. Check in was easy since I arrived past 8pm. Since I was staying for only 1 night, I booked a room without window and regretted it the moment I stepped into the room. The musty and mouldy smell were really bad, and even when I got an air freshener from Watsons, I couldn't stand the smell and couldn't wait to get out the next morning. Good for budget travellers but I wouldn't stay here again.
