Horrible! If we could give 0 stars we would.
Firstly, the receptionist on the line was extremely rude when we inquired about baggage storage and was insistant that we had to store our luggage at the nearest metro station. So if you're looking for baggage storage before check-in, they provide no such service.
The corridors can barely fit one luggage. There are also no lifts in the hotel so you have to lug your luggages up the narrow and steep stairway yourself (great way to burn some calories during your vacation.....)
Secondly, if that's still okay with you, the cleanliness is definitely a dealbreaker.
The mini fridge reeked and had leftover food from previous guests (Photo 1). The room also reeked of cigarettes even though they said no smoking. The beds were full of dust, hair, and random stains even though they insisted that they changed them. The blankets made us incredibly itchy and made it impossible to sleep (Photo 2). The aircon was moldy and dripping when we first entered the room (Photo 3 & 4). To make matters worse, in the middle of the night, around 1am, the aircon started making loud noises and wouldn’t turn off at first. After a while we managed to turn off the aircon to prevent any electrical hazards, so we had no aircon the whole night. Since there was no on-site receptionist/staff to assist us with the problem, we had to endure it till 9am the next day to request for a new room.
This experience made us so miserable and uncomfortable in the 'hotel' that we decided it's best that we change hotels. The only saving grace was that the location is close to the metro station and the sweet housekeeping lady who cleaned all the rooms by herself and tried her best to help us.
Don't make the same mistake as we did. Don't be fooled by the convenience of the location or price!!!
FullStay, more like DON'T STAY!!!!!
