這間酒店地理位置稍顯不便，距離捷運站較遠，對於依賴公共交通的旅客來說可能不太理想。房間舒適度和衛生環境一般，房間內有蚊子，且充電插頭位置設計不佳，使用轉接頭時不太方便。 餐廳的衛生狀況令人擔憂，咖啡機上竟發現蟑螂，影響用餐體驗。早餐可選擇在酒店餐廳或附近的Mos Burger用餐，後者是不錯的替代選擇。 酒店設施雖然較為陳舊，但基本齊全，能滿足日常需求。 整體來說，性價比一般，適合對住宿要求不高的旅客，但希望酒店能改善衛生問題和設施維護。

房間很大很乾淨，床很大很舒服，沙發也不錯，浴室很大也可泡澡。可惜住宿當天剛好碰到冷氣團，空調只有冷氣沒有送風功能，只好關掉空調系統！ 地點不錯，在臨江街/通化街夜市附近，很好逛。 人手不足，櫃檯人員可能忙翻了，說話口氣有點不耐煩，加油！

お部屋もバスルームも広く使えてよかったです。フロントの方も親切でした。

整體表現都不錯，唯獨淋浴間門關不起來。

Such a great place to surround taipei. The location is not too far from Taipei 101 and Taipei Medical University. Overall room is good, and nice staff

熱情的服務

Reached Taipei on the day of the typhoon and the owner is very kind to allow me early checkin. Very good service with ********* friendliness….

The female service staff at reception (and restaurant - they were the same people trying to multi task) were unfriendly, with poor customer service. No fruits nor choice of fresh milk or soy milk or juices for breakfast. Selection and portion was also small. Remember to bring your own toiletries as none were provided. Not even the most basic hand soap for the wash basin area.

The price I paid for this Hotel HD Palace was more expensive than the one I stay earlier on in the same month in Taipei city very near to train station. The amenities are great n the location of that hotel is anytime much better than Hotel HD Palace
