Luxe in Venice arvostelua

Hotel experience in Luxe in Venice was good,the room was spacious,clean ,and amenities are worth especially when you have kids,5 star for me,i will recommend it to my friends.

The room is very spacious and nice. The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them. But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.

這個房間非常大！非常不錯！而且景色非常好！可以看整個威尼斯商場夜景！景色像澳門威尼斯！去bgc非常方便！安全高！樓下有游泳池和健身房

Wifi was great, good access to mall, had to wait about 20-30 minutes for someone to check us in.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Location is ok but the service is awful.
