No frills, basic hotel. The room was small but clean and serviceable. The restaurant serves mostly basic Filipino dishes. The staff are very friendly. It is close to port and downtown malls.

2 stars lost because of restaurant noise Two stays here totalling 4 nights. Room clean and sizeable, breakfast fine to start the day. Early checkin much appreciated after typhoon cancelled my ferry. Staff generally helpful, but I’ve marked the hotel down a couple of stars because of the following: 1. Non-stop Xmas music playing on a loop in the restaurant, that’s why I didn’t eat there apart from breakfast; and 2. The hotel had few guests while I was there, so staff regularly had their phones blaring out at a high level. On my last morning I had to finish my breakfast in my room as the racket was unbelievable. I brought this to the attention of the staff members doing it; they just carried on. Well, carry on doing this and you’ll have even fewer customers!

Very friendly staff, easy check in. They picked us up from the port and dropped us back for free which was really nice. Good water pressure and ac worked well.
