Hortz is a nice hotel, a getaway in Tagaytay City. Its a but far from Grocery Stores and other shops but all in all it was a great place to stay. You can also bring your pets.

The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.

Very pet friendly hotel. Our fur babies felt really welcome, no discrimination, and overly strict pet policies. Price is reasonable and no extra charge for pets. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 8 and both were spacious albeit a little old already. Location is great since it is in the central area of Tagaytay. They also have a restaurant and cafe inside so there is no need to go outside. We will definitely go back!

The room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater. But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues. But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

以前も宿泊して、また行って見たら改装して、とても清潔感が、あって良かったです。結局家族で二部屋とって、４泊しました。値段も安く良かったです。

部屋は、清潔でロケーションも良いですが、ホットシャワーが、こわれていて困りました。スタッフの女性は明るく非常に親切でしたが男性のスタッフは、あまりコミニケーションが、とりにくかったです。 非常に便利が良い場所に、あります。

Very Accommodating stuff nila.

During our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

The staff are very friendly but there are many bugs around the place, I hope that they can conduct a removal for the bugs or fogging if so. Overall experience was great, the food is delicious. Very pet friendly place 🐶😁

It's a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Dining: The food at the on-site restaurant was decent. There was a good variety, but some dishes could use a bit more flavor. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice selection of both local and international options. Location: The hotel's location is convenient if you're planning to visit local attractions like Sky Ranch and Picnic Grove. However, if you're looking to explore the town center, it might feel a bit far out. Overall: Hortz Hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. While there are minor areas for improvement, it's a solid choice for families and solo travelers alike.
