Sehr gutes hochwertiges B&B. Neuwertige Einrichtung, gute Tipps für die Umgebung und ein schönes Frühstück mit den anderen Gästen. Die Chefin ist immer für jeden da und erklärt gleich alles. Die Lage und Grundstück sind ein Traum. Herrliche Ruhe, wenngleich das Haus etwas hellhörig ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ho prenotato 2 stanze. Alloggio al di sopra delle aspettative, camere rinnovate,dotate di tutti i confort TV, macchina per caffè, prodotti da bagno. Bagni grandi , letti comodissimi, pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, accogliente, appena arrivati ha dato molti consigli, e ci ha riservato il ristorante. Colazione eccellente, preparata al momento dall 'Host e la moglie e in nostra presenza con prodotti di qualità. Con la nostra amica abbiamo fatto una valutazione sui nostri pernotti in Quebec, passando da una struttura storica ad un Hotel a 5 stelle. Sicuramente Au Cachalot Caché le gîte hôtel vinto su totti i fronti, quindi non esitate a prenotare.

We were excited to stay here. The photos looked so nice. And they were legit photos. That’s what the rooms look like. The room was spacious and gorgeous. But the feel of the place doesn’t match the look, largely because the hosts of this BnB seem to think of you as a danger to their property more than as a guest. No shoes either in the common area where breakfast is served or IN YOU OWN ROOM. No putting your bag on the bed. No putting it on the table either. Put it in the special place they picked for your bag. You got the feeling they had just taken 1970’s style plastic covers off the furniture and were regretting it. There is a full kitchen in the room, but no cooking is allowed. The breakfast was bread with bread with bread (pancakes or french toast and baguette and croissant) with small portions of jam or cheese, pate, and creton to be shared by 5 or 6 people. Heaven help anyone with gluten issues (like Kim). And in Quebec, home of the strategic reserve of the stuff, it is hard to understand why we got a look when we asked for maple syrup with our french toast. And you can’t pay even with debit. It has to be cash. Which for three nights is a fair bundle of bills to take from the only bank machine in town. Overall, the stay is spoiled by the feeling that you are imposing. Which is a pity, since the pictures do accurately show a very nice LOOKING place.

Superbe endroit chaleureux avec des hôtes super accueillants et plein d’humour. Magnifique chambre avec belle déco au calme vue sur le st Laurent. Petit déjeuner excellent avec produits locaux et faits maison. Aucune fausse note . Je recommande

+ : Premier gîte pour nous, nous sommes habitués aux hôtels 4 quatre -cinq étoiles.. Et DONC : Le gîte est exceptionnel. 🥇🏆 Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir prévu d’y rester plus longtemps!! 😍 Les propriétaires sont adorables, très agréables et avenants. 👫Nous avons reçu beaucoup d’informations sur la ville, les activités, les restaurants. 🌆🌃 Nous avons été au restaurant conseillé qui était excellent. La chambre est très grande et propre, la vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, délicieux, copieux et préparé avec soins par l’hôte dans une ambiance très conviviale. Ps: nous allons vous envoyer des clients ;) - : Rien du tout, c’était parfait.

Guylaine and Bruno are old school hospitality people, nothing is too much trouble, the property is exceptionally comfortable and amazing value! Wonderful hosts in an amazing location. They assisted with restaurant bookings, great sightseeing tips and history. The breakfast is based on locally sourced ingredients….omg it’s good! Would return to this place in a heartbeat, it’s a home away from home with 5 star service and amenities.
