no towels, some facilities are not working like it was hard to control the hot and cold water temperature

Great experience for my brother and sister-in-law. They were able to unwind and enjoy the place. The place is on-demand as they are the only hotel in Tacloban that has a decent pool and other amenities. Good location as well!

總體一般，環境給4.5是給旁邊的大商場的，服務設施有問題，住過兩次，兩次房間都不提前準備好毛巾，打電話要毛巾也是慢悠悠的，總體感覺房間有點潮濕。

Rooms and facilities were well-maintained.The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations and Comfortable Accommodations. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Great location, amenities and approachable staff! We will surely go back to this hotel!
