"I’ve stayed at the Nautilus twice for about two weeks each time. It is a small and beautiful hotel on a corner of Tábor’s town square. Tábor itself is a lovely and interesting small city a few hours south of Prague. In the US the Nautilus would be called a boutique hotel for its elegance. The rooms are large and silent with comfortable beds and lots of light. There is a terrific breakfast buffet set out every day: coffee, pastries, bacon, sausages, eggs, and more. The hotel restaurant Goldie is a first class place whose head chef has won awards for his cooking. There are special menus every night that focus on French, Italian, vegetarian, and fish dishes, as well as a fine daily menu: try the steak wrapped in gold leaf. The staff of the Nautilus are expert and friendly and fluent in English as well as other European languages. They have also been very patient with my rudimentary Czech. I warmly recommend Goldie and the Hotel Nautilus."

"This hotel was a short walking distance from the rail station. Although we didn't visit, again not too far from the old town. Good check in. Strong bleach odour once you stepped into the room. Room was good size with a single bed which was rather firm. Desk and storage space fine. Bathroom in good condition. Self service breakfast had a good selection of cooked food plus bread, jams, cheese, cold meats. Only criticism there was the cold drinks dispenser included orange juice which tasted more like a clear grape juice drink."

The doors are locked, so you need to buzz to get admitted the first time in order to check in; after that you can use the keypad to enter. The breakfast was basic but good. The hotel is very close to the historic part of town and within walking distance to train and bus station."

"Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen - aivan Taborin pääpiirtämän kulman ympärillä. Hotellin ulkopuolella on pysäköinti ja julkisen pysäköintialueen lähellä. Huoneissa on ilmainen ja suuri iso iso iso istuimen ryhmä (sohvat ja useat tuolit) ja jättiläinen kylpyhuone sekä suihku ja kylpyhuone. Receptionists olivat ystävällisiä ja apuisia, kun fanimme ei työskentele ja antoi meille useita vesipulloja ilmaiseksi. Aamiainen on kunnollinen, jossa on yllättävän monia vaihtoehtoja makeisia ja ruohoja, mutta ei enemmän kuin odotetaan 4*tähden hotellilta. Tärkein kysymys liittyy ilmanvaihto. Pysyimme, kun lämpötila oli selvästi yli 30C, ja se oli todella kuuma- vaikka auttaisi fani. Löysimme myös puhdistushenkilökunnan liian innokas, koska he iskevät ovea 08.30 (joka on melko varhain harkita aamiaista kestää 10). Kun kerroimme, että lähdemme viiden minuutin päästä, he eivät palanneet, eikä huonettamme ollut puhdistettu tuona päivänä."

"Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and whilst I have stayed in Tabor before, this was a different hotel from before. the receptionist was so helpful at check in and mentioned about the restaurant and also that there was a DJ etc in the basement club they have. I had a meal here in the restaurant, possibly paying more than normal but the food was just superb. The old town is really pretty with some great buildings and friendly people. Yes I would easily recommend!"
