The hotel os good but a bit expensive for what it offers

The service is amazing. Everyone in the hotel is helpful and patient. The food is fine but the price is reasonable. I like the buffet dinner Kebab very much! The room is clean and the view is amazing. I got a free upgrade to sea view room. I was a bit scared when I arrived Egypt for the first day but this hotel truly made my day.

The food is very special and the way it is presented and the items are varied and satisfy all family members. Like breakfast and its excellent variety

بشكل خاص. :الخدمه في البرك مع سامح وبيتعامل مع الكل بأدب واحترام. شغلو نظيف، وسرعتو بالاستجابة لأي طلب بتدل على احترافيتو العالية. حتى بأوقات الضغط، بيضل محافظ عالهدوء وبيعطي أفضل ما عندو، ودايمًا مستعد يساعد من قلبو. وجودو بالفندق بيخلق جو مريح وراقي، وبيخلّي الضيوف يحسّو حالن ببيتن. شكراً سامح، إنت نموذج للمهنية والإنسانية، ومكسب كبير للفندق وبشكل عام اول مرة النا في الفندق واكيد اكيد مش اخر مرة الفندق ملائم جدا للعائلات

Weitläufige Anlage, und kein riesen Koloss, zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen gleich nach der Grenze. Sehr freundliches Personal, von Check-in bis zum Speisesaal. Großzügige Buffets, Halbpension sehr zu empfehlen. Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

We’ve spent 5 nights here as foreigners (South African ) and we’ve had such a good experience at the Resort. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were treated with much respect and well looked after. The food was amazing, the room is amazing and tidy, and our overall experience at the Resort was worth it. Travelling as a foreigner to this area isn’t the easiest because of all the security check points & language barriers…. But should you want to visit the resort I’d recommend you fly to Sharm El-Sheikh and catch a private vehicle (arrange it through the Resort) to the Resort directly.

Birthday get away We went only for a night, for my mom's birthday and everything was beautiful. The staff specially Fadel were so kind, respectful and super helpful with everything. The beach and pool are clean and the food was sublime.

average The check-in process was very complicated and we waited on hold for over an hour. The service is unpleasant, the chefs in the dining room are impatient and do not respond to what is requested. The food is very average and repeats itself throughout the meals

Vary good hotel for a family vacation It was a great vocation. the hotel rooms are big but shower room is not so fancy. Good food at the restaurant morning and evening. The hotel service and management were great.

Highly recommend! Very kind, friendly and smiling staff! Amazing and delicious food. We stayed in a bungalow which was very clean and spacious. The surroundings of the hotel and the pools are clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back again!
