位置方便,有早餐供應,味道也得好,但每天款式相同。酒店只有一部升降機,另一部正在維修,有時會等很久。房間熱水是儲水式供應,若連續沖涼可能不足夠。

酒店大堂不是很顯眼,房間很寬大,還有小廚房、餐具。總共六層樓,衞生還不錯,空調夠冷。位置很好,5~15分鐘走到QVB、達令港、唐人街、海德公園、皇家植物園。三月是澳洲的夏末,悉尼稍微有些熱,天很藍。

酒店的位置不錯,這個價格性價比還挺好的。但是發生的事真的讓人生氣。 check in的時候是個白男接待的,表面上客客氣氣,但是會分給中國人最差的房間。不僅是尾房,空間較其他房間會小,更可惡的是還在機房旁邊,吵得晚上睡不着,廁所窗户漏風的,洗澡容易凍感冒。客廳的窗户正對着隔壁大樓,吃飯的時候就跟對面樓裏的印度小夥子大眼瞪小眼,雙方都很尷尬。 這裏要給攜程的服務點贊,傍晚跟客服反應了歧視問題,客服響應相當快,當晚就跟酒店溝通好,第二天就給換了正常的房間。海外訂酒店推薦攜程! 第二天上午換到正常的房間,看到新房間的環境對比了下,更氣了,還説不是故意的??? 前台有個可能是印度裔的男staff服務挺不錯的,服務響應速度比別的都快一點。

We paid 4,340 HKD (approximately 850 AUD) for a five-night stay in a one-bedroom apartment at the Rydges Darling Square Apartment Hotel. Despite the low price, I regretfully have to leave my first one-star review on Trip.com. The hotel held onto my deposit and stated that it would take three to five business days to process the return when I called hours after check-out. There was only one operational lift for eight floors, and it was dirty, with wet floors and stained glass. I struggled to rest due to the constant street noise, and the Wi-Fi connection was frequently unreliable. The carpets and bedding were stained, which was quite unappealing. Additionally, the bed was hard and made me feel itchy, and they did not provide any lotions. There were also two locked doors in my room that couldn’t be opened, making it feel more like a storage room than a living space. The staff were unhelpful, with poor housekeeping and ineffective communication from reception. Their “go green” programme, which claims to offer a $10 credit per night, was poorly managed. They were reluctant to issue this credit; even taking a single coffee capsule would render you ineligible. Housekeeping wouldn’t change the bedding unless specifically requested, and they didn’t replace the dirty bathroom floor mat, even when it had a dead bug on it and was on the floor. Moreover, they would enter rooms with the "go green" sign. To avoid this, you’d need to display both the "do not disturb" and "go green" signs, which is technically difficult since the signs easily fall off. Their policy allowed them to disregard the "go green" sign and enter without notice, which I wasn’t aware of and left my credit card details accessible. On one occasion, they left our balcony window unlocked, raising security concerns in case of a burglary; it would be hard to prove their negligence, leaving guests to handle the insurance claims. Overall, it was a terrible experience, even for a budget four-star hotel. There is no way to provide direct feedback to the hotel, as the reception team leader would blindly defend their actions with conflicting statements. When you point out inconsistencies, he would procrastinate with “investigation” and “review with management,” then disappear, while the staff acted as if nothing had happened.

To clarify, this initiative is designed to promote environmental sustainability by offering guests the option to opt out of daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 food and beverage credit. This is a widely adopted practice across many hotels, aiming to reduce environmental impact while still offering guests a benefit.It is clearly stated at the time of opting in that the credit can only be issued for a maximum of two consecutive nights, as we conduct mandatory cleaning on the third night to ensure hygiene standards are upheld and to avoid any excessive buildup that may require more intensive cleaning later. On the day of this scheduled service, our team made several attempts to contact your room to provide notice and minimize disruption.We would also like to clarify that requesting additional tea and coffee while participating in the Go Green program is not a problem and does not affect eligibility for the credit. However, in your case, the credit was unfortunately denied because the volume of fresh towels and bed linen requested was well beyond what is normally acceptable under the program. These requests effectively counter the intent of the program, which is focused on minimizing laundry and resource use.Regarding your comments about the locked doors in your room: since we operate as an apartment-style hotel, each room is equipped with individual boilers and power units housed in small, secured utility closets. These are essential for the operation of the apartment and are not intended for guest use, though we understand they may have appeared confusing or out of place.We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the condition of the lift, noise levels, and Wi-Fi, as well as your comments about the overall room quality and communication from our staff. These matters are being taken seriously and shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action.We are genuinely sorry that your stay did not reflect the quality we aim to provide. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise these issues. 我們住的套間,總面積比較大,有電磁爐、冰箱,可以去超市購買食品自己做飯,周邊中餐、西餐館眾多、飲食極便利。酒店地理位置很好,去商業中心、唐人街購物,去悉尼港灣大橋、歌劇院、皇家植物園、海德公園、達令港、悉尼塔、巖石區環形碼頭等著名景點都可以步行,最遠距離不超過3km。總之這家酒店在悉尼性價比較高,適合與家人旅遊居住。
