최악의호텔, 다시는 묵지 않을겁니다. 결재도 트릿닷컴으로 이미 했는데, 다시 결재하라고했습니다. 처음에는 디포짓 결재하는줄 알았는데 카드사 문자보니까 호텔비가 그대로 결재되었습니다. 컴플레인해서 결재 취소했는데, 어제야 카드사에 전화했더니 취소전표 접수됐다고 하네요. 제가 멜버른 일정이 있어서 와이프가 먼저 호텔 도착했는데 이름도 없다고 체크인도 못하고 길바닥에서 6시간 기다렸습니다. 트립닷컴 예약확정서에도 있고, 이비스 예약부서에도 저희 둘 이름 다 들어가 있었는데, 해당 호텔에서 와이프 이름을 빠트렸습니다 (호텔측 제시 모니터에는 제 이름만 있었습니다) 하우시키핑 서비스도 신청 안하면 안해주고, 드라이기도 헤드카 계속 떨어져서 변기통에 빠지고, 불친절함은 기본이고, 옆방 핸드폰상대편 목소리까지 다 들리고, 소음은 최악에, 고객서비스 마인드가 제로 였습니다. 끔찍한 기억이였고 다시는 해당 호텔 이용하지 않을겁니다. 트립닷컴 측에서도 강력히 항의해주세요...

The hotel has a great location, however the amenities are very poor. The cleanliness of the room also wasn’t good till we asked for housekeeping. For the value paid, there was plenty of options with same price and much better quality hotel.

숙소자체는 약간 낡았지만 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 교통이 편리한 편은 아니나 QVB에서 걸어올만합니다. 바로 앞 야경이 아름답습니다!

1700一晚的酒店竟然連如家都比不上，面積小而且連housekeeping都沒有，隔音效果也是差到沒邊了

Upon arrival was given the keys to the room. We opened the room and the room was messy as if someone had just checked out . The receptionist apologised and said it’s a mistake and gave us another room . The other room looked ok but felt like not being opened for a few days . Upon checking out next day noticed a red spot on my left side of Back which spread to middle of back . It was some bed bug or spider which caused me discomfort for the next 6-7 days to come .this hotel definitely needs to update their hygiene . I am a frequent traveller and this is the first time it happened . Hotel should double check the rooms for hygiene in bedding before giving to paying customers .
