Meet at the marina, we will load your coolers, help you board and captain the boat if you like. Anchor with scheduled stops to swim and time for a favorite beverage or snack. Pack towels and plenty of sunscreen and we will do the rest. LUXURY LAKE HOME: Large and spacious, with an open concept, this vacation home is ideal for groups large or small. Our home is a high end quality build by a carpenter contractor for his family. PERFECT FOR A WEEKEND, A WEEK - EVEN A MONTH. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT DISCOUNTS and BOATING. Inside you will find hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings throughout, with a fireplace on two levels, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, and dinette with walkout to the deck, or four season porch. There are two bedrooms (first floor) the Master bedroom with ensuite "full" bath, and a second bedroom with "half" bath. There is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer located on the main level (first floor). On the second level (second floor) there is a large family room w/ field stone fireplace, a media room with large screen viewing, and at your request a "fully stocked" Pub. This level also has a third, and fourth bedroom, together with a third "full" bath. There is a walkout stone patio, with cedar chairs, and a weber genesis grill . The property also includes high speed internet @ 1 Gig, Sonos Sound, dedicated office space, and blue tooth technology throughout. Our guests have FULL ACCESS to a three car garage together with SECURE off road parking. Outdoors there is a fire pit (hardwood provided), lawn chairs, coolers, and plenty of out door games, and green space available for play.
