Walk down to the lake, public docks, or 13 mile trail right from the backyard. Amenities include a pool, golf course, scenic 13-mile gravel trail, pickle ball courts, relax at the beach, or enjoy lakefront dining. This home is in close proximity to the Apple River State Park or Galena where you can shop, relax at a day spa, or visit a local winery. Home has a backyard built-in fire pit, supplied wood, lawn chairs, board games, toys, foosball, air hockey, and corn hole. Towels, linins, cookware, grill, silverware, dishes, pack n play, high chair, fishing poles, all included, just pack your food/bags, and enjoy this peaceful, family retreat. We have queen size beds and 1 additional room with 4 single beds (bunkbed style for kids.) There's a bathroom off of the master bedroom, a common bathroom on the main floor, and another full size bath in the lower level.We have high speed, 5G, internet access and Roku, Netflix, and YouTube for additional entertainment.This home is in a great location and within walking distance of many amenities offered at Apple Canyon. Apple Canyon Lake is a private lake so you're unable to use your own boat. Boat rental is available but bookings need to be arranged through me. The rental slots fill up fast so the sooner you let me know the better chance of getting a reservation. We are also located only 25 minutes from Galena and all it has to offer. Relax in the spacious living room with large comfortable leather sectional, a 65" smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video for free. Master bed includes a new king bed, private bathroom and shower & walk-in closet.Bedroom 2 has a new queen size bed with beautiful views out to the large nature filled backyard. Bedroom 3 offers a comfortable trundle bed with a new full size mattress on the top and twin size on bottom. There is a sleeper sofa along with a 50" smart TV with Netflix and PrimeVideo in the peaceful lower level with a walkout door to the backyard.The house has been furnished with all new and modern pieces. Equipped with new mattresses, pillows, linens, and towels. Plenty of fresh linens, towels will be provided.Kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs such as silverware, dishes, coffee maker and a toaster.If you plan to eat in during your stay, we suggest stopping at one of the grocery stores on your way. There is a Sullivans Foods located in Stockton IL. (20 minute drive) Free WiFi is included and the TVs are smart which offer Free Netflix, and Prime video. If you're bringing small children, there is a portable pack n play, and high chair for your use, so you won't need to bring these if you need to save space with your travel gear. As your hosts, we want you to know that our desire is that you, your family, and friends have as nice of an experience as possible while staying in our home.
