The apartment is on the top floor of a multi family home right across the street from the open bay. Across the street is a dock that you can crab/fish from that rents boats and wave runner's along with a restaurant. 3 blocks away from the legendary seaside heights Boardwalk and beach. The property has a pool, grill, bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen to make you feel right at home. Mostly everything in the unit is brand new, from the furniture to the flooring and carpet. House is kept very clean and cozy.
