From the moment you walk into the front door of the grand foyer with 20 ft ceilings, this spacious home has a large living room, dining room with larger table with plenty of seating, plus additional seats at the kitchen island, large rec room with pool table and flat screen smart tv, and wet bar area with foosball table, large master suite with king bed, a second suite with queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen, the fourth bedroom is charming and has a set of twin beds, the fifth bedroom has two queens, and a large flat screen smart tv, and the sixth bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy the many close parks, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and more or make it a true staycation and spend quality time splashing in the pool, relaxing in the spa, playing billiards/ping pong/foosball, splashing in Lake Michigan, playing on the beach or enjoying the breathtaking Lake view from the shared deck! From the spectacular views of Lake Michigan (visible as far as the eye can see from the shared deck, which is approx. 200 ft. from front door, and distantly visible from several rooms in the house) to the stunning, heated salt water pool and spa room, this home has something to offer everyone, all-year round. This is truly an all-season home ready to accommodate the golfers, skiers, swimmers, shoppers, readers, billiards/ping-pong/poker sharks, beach-goers, restaurant-goers, board gamers and everyone else in the family!
